Future reference, if trying to remove a bolt you want to reuse, never hit it with a hammer, you can mushroom the bolt and won't be able to put the nut back on. Either thread the nut at the end or use a punch like he did with the lower bolt.

Cool that looks easy to install urself my mechanic wants $619.00 for this job if you have the tools 🔧 to do the job urself why not I can't wait see to my husband install our new struts which im going to record him

Ok are these interchangeable universal which means you can take the right strut off and put it on the left side and use it

And if you replace the oem bolt with a cam bolt, of course you'll need an alignment afterwards because you'll need to zero out the camber.

Did you tightened all of the bolts and nuts? Did you get your car aligned? Did you torque your wheels?

you didn't say anything at all about the Strut mount Orientation! Guess they will figure t out if it makes a noise after they install it?/ They simply need to do the job a second time .... right???
