Bodycam DUI Arrest - Consuming 8 Drinks Leads to Her 2nd DUI Arrest

- On October 1, 2023, Clermont County Sheriff's Deputy Pham observed a vehicle traveling with a blown-out tire. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and when the 24-year-old driver was asked how much she had to drink, she responded with "a lot". She later clarified that she had consumed 8 or 9 alcoholic beverages. She then admitted that she had been arrested for DUI when she was only 20-years-old. She refused to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. She was transported to the Ohio State Police barracks, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. The result was 0.244% BAC. She was taken to the Clermont County Jail, where she spent the night. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
Did anybody count how many times she asked about her phone?
Good Morning C B 👋🏻💕
Let’s count! Join the live chat at 9 eastern!
About tree-fiddy.
9 that I counted, but I may have missed one when she was mumbling.
She seemed pretty proud of herself at how drunk she was.
This might be one of the first I have seen that at least admitted that she drank a lot and didn't claim "two drinks"
I don´t care if she´s honest, compliant &/or do what the officers tells her. She´s a drunk driver who after 8 drinks got behind the wheel in a 2.000 kilo/2 tons missil, & potentially put others in danger!
The vehicle weighs a lot too.
@@tentenchu8140 2,000lbs is extremely light for a vehicle. That's about half the weight of an average car today. My vision sucks and I just started watching but that looks like a commuter type car. It probably weighs around 3,300- 3,500 without her in it.
@@tentenchu8140 nothing like correcting someone and still being wrong. Grammar correcting pro tip: if you could still understand what they're saying despite the grammar errors keep your thumbs to yourself. You're adding exactly nothing to the conversation.
@@aaadamt964
Ikr?
It's 4,000 pounds
@@tentenchu8140. Ohh. Good catch! Can’t believe I almost went on by that atrocity!
She’s really coherent for someone with such a high BAC. I think she’s got a pretty severe drinking problem. She should consider rehab.
Rehab, then IOP, then living in a sober house.
A lot of people pass out beyond .20
HER FAT ABSORBS THE ALCOHOL
Just what I was thinking!
Super high alcohol tolerance.
This girl has a long history of alcohol abuse. She doesn’t even have a clue about what happened to her tire. She will eventually seriously harm or kill someone. The drunks never get hurt, just the innocent victims. Six months in jail would help her dry out and hopefully change her attitude. She doesn’t believe she has done anything wrong.
only .244 after 8-9 drinks??? She needs a serious intervention... maybe her Dad too.
Drunks don't get hurt in crashes because the alcohol causes muscle limpness, there's no muscle tension. So any impact is minimized
courts are at fault...cops do their jobs get treated like crap, courts dont back up law enforcement and no consequences...wtf?
She probably hit something. That doesn't just happen.
I had to learn this about myself the hard way. Luckily it only involved my car but it was totaled after I blacked out at the wheel. Thank God I didn't kill or injure someone that day. Drunk driving is no joke.
The most honest dui ever. 😂
She's honest about alcohol level but not about the fact it's a very real problem. Hope she can face it & do something about this.
She acts like she is proud of being drunk and driving and arrested for DUI.
She is rather flippant about it. Joking but slowly indignant when she's told she doing an over night jail ! Best outcome cause it MIGHT be her wake-up call.
At least she removed the keys from ignition to stop that annoying dinging sound😂😂
I always think, watching these videos, that could never be an officer because of all the doors beeping, radio squawking, sirens sounding, people screaming, etc. it would send me running for the nearest library!
It took a while, but eventually it started to even annoy her.
A drunk behind the wheel is a loaded weapon no matter what they look like, if they are compliant or an entitled brat - the potential victims are all the same
No seriously??? I don’t understand when people praise drunk drivers for being polite or complying when they could’ve easily taken someone’s life. There’s no “well at least she complied” it’s “well thank GOD she didn’t kill someone”.
So true, all these compliments ridiculous whether they’re compliant or act up still took risks with other peoples lives.
@@emilythomas9157 Exactly!!
Nice to watch a video when a person arrested don’t scream ,kick , bite , spit . Hope she gets help and stop drinking,I think she is a very nice person
Nothing nice about her. Nice people don't risk innocent lives by getting behind the wheel when drunk
Yea, it’s apparent that dui conviction has zero affect on her. She needs some serious time in jail.
Police: “How many drinks have you had?”
Drunk Drivers: “All of it!”
I saw one guy who said, “everything but vodka! 😆
They actually say 'none' so Im wondering this lady actually admitted it.
i would guess she drank just about every one that was set before her. And for all we know she might have scavenged a few left overs from other people.
She’s pretty chill. Nice personality. Handled it well. She definitely needs alcohol treatment.
Same thing folks said about Al Capone "nice guy, good personality, handled it well" If he was in Ohio he would still be running the crime family
@@tomr3422nah, he would have checked out by now.
I hope she finds recovery and stops living like this
Kinda nice not to hear, "I only had 2 drinks", "I just live right there", "I didn't do anything!", "Don't touch me!", or "Why are you doing this to me?" Although she did ask for her phone 427 times 😂😂😂
Also: "Do you know who I am?" & "Im really sorry!"
I totally agree! Like I was shocked when she said ‘like 8 or 9 drinks’!
I did not have that on my bingo card
I need a pee !
I have Anxiety!
"Are you serious?" "Why don't you go after real criminals/drug dealers/child abusers?" "I'm suing you! You're gonna lose your job!"
How anyone can drink that much is incredible. But, to then get in a car a drive is highly irresponsible. And this is the second time that she got caught!!! I wonder how many times she hadn't got caught??? She blew out her tires and didn't even know!!! That's crazy.
She was honest, pleasant and respectful. Such a shame that she didn't learn her lesson the first time. She's functioning frighteningly well for the amount of alcohol consumption. Guessing she has a serious drinking problem. Very sad
She will continue on for the rest of her life and hopefully she doesn't take anyone else out.
Nice for everyone when they remain somewhat calm and cool instead of bawling and screaming and yelling. Kudo's to this lady. Hope she gets her life back in line now going forward.
Officer very cool as well.
" Looking at your toes count out the steps" Sir I haven't seen my toes for years !
The problem here is there's no real consequences for them driving drunk.. you heard her, she's been arrested for OVI before. Of course she's still driving drunk.. there was no real consequences for the 1st time .These habitual drunk driver's aren't taken seriously until they kill innocent people that's just out minding their business... the infuriating part is when these douchebags walk away without a scratch on them. She'll be back on the road blitz out of her mind and driving as soon as she gets out of jail.
She already had an interlock once, second time, she’ll have it again, and her penalties will be even worse, I mean, it’s better than nothing but yeah laws are too lenient on these repeat offenders. Especially in the Midwest. Wisconsin is terrible
She admits too though, that her first dui was age 20, different laws. Now age 24 WAKE-UP ADULT TIME RULES !!
Her honesty was refreshing. It was nice not to have to listen to, “stooooooooopppp”, or “no, no, no, no, no you’re not, no you’re not a zillion times.” Setting aside the obvious, that she was highly intoxicated, she genuinely seems like a really nice and very funny person. I wish her well, and hope that she’ll stop the alcohol before she hurts herself or someone else.
This is the nicest, most honest drunk I have seen thus far. Lol! She took it like a champ. She didn't want to bother mom while she was sick to come pick her up so she didn't have to spend the night in jail. This girl has a serious alcohol problem. If my blood alcohol was that high, I would be passed out and / or throwing up. She could hold a conversation. She cared more about her phone than she did going to jail😂 When she said, "Is my phone going to be ok? I lost it😂😂
Yeah but she's a big girl
Excellent - Jail time finally
Jail time is okay but she should have been given way more than 5 days in lock up and 18 days house arrest
I missed the part where she explained it was okay to drink and drive
She's a far cry from the usual entitled, mean girl, screaming, fighting, abusive banshees. I like Abigail. I would go pick her up. She's a sweet heart. I hope she gets sober.
She's claustrophobic, so let her ride on the roof, that way she's out in the open.
Then how does she drive?
From the backseat probably
I’d be comatose after 8 drinks.
Terrifying that she's in nursing and may be administering drugs to hospital patients.
Not for long.
Granted I’m an RN in a different State, but if you are in nursing or want to be, get your act together, go to rehab, whatever you have to do. Otherwise the State Board does not play with alcohol or drug problem nurses. It SHOULD be a reportable offense to the Nursing Board EVERY TIME you’ve been busted for drugs or alcohol. As a Supervisor, the first offense only, is mandated rehab offered to them. If that fails or is refused, you’re done. It’s as it should be considering the danger you put your patients in under the influence or your choices to do use alcohol or drugs while employed on or off the job if it impacts your critical thinking skills.
@@tonistark4169 Thank you for your thoughtful reply. And for your service as a nurse.
@@LP-jn4tw thank YOU for your lovely comment! It was my pleasure for over 45 years to serve my patients. ❤️
Aw yes!
Always a good day when California Bodycam posts an upload 👌🏽
At least she didn’t whine, cry and play the victim.
This Female had No Right Too Drive While Completely Out of Her Mind Intoxicated, She was so Drunk, She had No Idea She probably Hit something, or Heaven forbid Ran over something, or Someone😱
Flattening Her tire, and continued too drive on the rim, tearing up the Public Roadside in which We the Taxpayers are Paying For.
She was putting Everyone lives in Danger, Thankfully this Officer STOPPED HER BEFORE SHE COULD HIT, FATALLY INJURE, Maim, or Murder Victims‼️
Those of US, Whom are Already Suffering From Being Struck by DRUNK SELFISH DRIVERS, Know Exactly How it Feels too have too Suffer for a Lifetime with Chronic Conditions, From Injuries Due To being Hit By These Entitled, Selfish DRUNK DRIVERS Whom Think of Nobody but Themselves🤢❌💀🤬😱🚫👿😫🫣
It’s Not like She Shouldn’t Have Learned‼️
They Should LOCK HER UP, Indefinitely.
Take Away Her Drivers License FOREVER, She Doesn’t Deserve That PRIVILEGE😤
My mom had this saying that she used to threaten us with whenever we got disrespectful.
She said: “You got one more thing to say to me and I’ll get up from here and knock yo ass into next Tuesday! You’ll be standing there looking stupid, waiting for us to meet you.”
…Good job mom! You genuinely did the right thing; making me grateful not to ever act like this.
I'm so stealing this lol
My mother basically said the same thing and she meant it. Sadly my mother passed away in 2012 but at 42 years old I still behave because I am not sure if my mother would not come back to earth and whoop my ass. I also thank God for her and the way she raised me
@@amandacartwright5324you Mom sounded wonderful! I’m so sorry she passed at an early age. 🙏
Great saying! Thanks Mom!
Oh , yes it took me one time to talk back , ONE TIME , and I always show respect to each one. RESPECT IS FREE , show it and you will get it back
Dean Wormer comes to mind!! And at 24 she’s well on the road!!
True
I thought that as soon as she got out of the car, LOL.
Seriously needs to be mandatory that DDs must work in a morgue setting to see the results first hand from what they do!
I want the shirt lifted, so I can see the double E's.
Every time i hear police say "turn yourself around" all i can think about is "do the hokey pokey and turn yourself around " 😂
Would you want her taking care of your family member?? She acts like the whole thing is a big joke
For once a nice, truthful and funny drunk. No cussing screaming or fighting
The first DUI arrest video I've seen where the driver doesn't claim "I only had 2 drinks". Hopefully she gets help before she hurts someone.
Dad is an enabler. My guess is he drank with her and ALSO drove home. If Judges and lawyers were sued for letting drunks back on the road I think we"d see alot less recidivism like this
Like is my phone ok 😆 what did you think was gonna happen to it 🤔 she was pretty funny loaded but funny😁 😂
"Where were you drinkin at silly?" 🤣
Welllll..... at least she was honest. Admitted to more than two drinks.
Wow, New York City is big.
😂😂😂
That got me!!!
She is a drunk but polite, I pray she gets that drinking problem under control. My baby brother couldn't kick the habit, so it kicked him, he died of cirrhosis of the liver.
How is she so confused that she lost her tire while driving drunk?!
It is usually caused by the tire striking a curb or median during one the the times she was micro passed out while driving (nodding off). the bump against the curb can "roll the bead" of the tire and the it loses air instantly, then the drunken person is awakened by the noise and jolt and continues driving. The sound that the airless tire makes (FAP, FLAP FAP, WOP WOP) is ignored because she is drunk out of her mind. Eventually the rim cuts thru the flattened tire and it is thrown clear of the vehicle. The sound of the rim on the pavement and the leaning of the vehicle is ignored as well as the extra difficulty steering. After all she is drunk. The officer stops her and informs her of the lack of a tire, and she is confused. "like how could that happen" "I drove to work yesterday and the tire was fine". But she is drunk.
Zero F's given from this girl... time to get creative with the punishment
You’re supposed to be uncomfortable and anxious in the back of a cop car, this sloppy Karen is annoying af 😂
"I'm Miss CNA, I have old people that rely on me, oh, they're f*cked!", all the while laughing and smiling about it. That kind of attitude is why I did everything in my power to keep my mother out of a nursing home. It's absolutely mind boggling how many people in health care are alcoholics or drug addicts. Sure, there are plenty who aren't and who care about their patients, but it's this type that makes me furious.
Good Lord, she'll be lucky to see 30. And it's not only from driving drunk.
Anybody else want to sing “and that’s what it’s all about!” Whenever an officer gives directions “and turn yourself around” for the walk and turn?
Is she trying to set some kind of record? She was polite, calm, did NOT want to bother her parents, didn't threaten to sue, didn't come down with an acute case of asthma, and admitted to literally everything. The exact opposite of most people on here.
This has to be the first video I've seen where the person has been honest about how much they drank. I'm glad she didn't kill anyone!
I live a couple counties away from Clermont county didn't know they had recently pulled over jabba the Hutt for DUI
Aw man-mom can’t even go to the casino?
There's no tire left on your front tire. I almost feel like there are actually words available to describe the situation that actually makes real sense
girl, if you stopped drinking you'd probably lose weight
if she aint 380 she’s not a lady lol
WTH? All LEO should strike “ok?” from their vocabulary. You’re not asking their permission!! This woman acts like this is just no big deal. She WILL drive drunk again. She sees nothing wrong with it.
Hot blonde privilege
It's an obnoxious speech pattern, for sure... same thing like people do when public speaking when they are showing people something and they say "...right..." after every couple of sentences.
good luck finding a lawyer😭
And another good video CB keep up the good work and God bless you sir 🙏
Four Loco ? That's strong shite ...
that cop is pretty damn cool... never ever have I seen a cop help someone try to pass a sobriety test...tripped me out when he let her hold her face!!!
He must Really Hate the paperwork or trying to handle her should she get combative
What a taff Lady...she takes it like a man ... no crying and loudness...Like to meet her 😘
How much have you had to drink tonight? A lot 😂
Am I arrested??? Lol
Out drinking with her dad 2nd DUI SMHH
Zero Tolerance for drunk drivers who kill innocent people daily
Judges let her off with 5 days, Fire them SMHH
She thought hold your head straight really means literally hold your head in your hands 😂
Good for the officers that she didn’t do the Karen way. Not easy to handle that massive body….
The size police on patrol as usual.
I have no disorders. I can’t blame anything but myself. A reason I stay out of trouble.
It takes more than 8 drinks to get that high of BAC in that body.
that is not how alcohol works
@@markmarcelisExactly 💯! It's not how many she drank... it's WHAT she drank in the short amount of time. Some folks don't understand that.
Depends on the alcohol percentage. If she had 8 drinks of 100 proof vodka, that would do it
@@larsonmarkov1699 Most liquor is high enough in alcohol that 8 shots for sure impact her driving ability. (given the fact that she told the Officer what she drank, she's most definitely impaired)
@@sekichdawn3913 problem is, many people don't understand that beer and liquor have different content. 8 shots of 5 percent beer is nothing.
When they admit they are f'd up. Why still do the tests? Seems ridiculous to me.
She very friendly lol. And i love that she is so truthful and not playing games. Just wish she stayed home. No tolerance for drunk drivers.
And man, absolutely obliterated tire.
Anyone else think she's addicted to her phone? 😂😂
It sounds like she was having a good time with her dad I would think her dad would hould have been a better father and took the keys away and had her spend the night instead of letting her get behind the wheel
Sounds like her dad's a drunk as well - getting lit at the casino?
I’m pretty sure he drove home drunk too.
Dad was wasted! She admitted that.
She’s bragging to the police officer about how much she’s drank 😂😂
Apparently she didn’t learn from her first DUI!
That is the scariest part !
She has a panic disorder,,,not anxiety !!!!! I don't believe I it 😊😊😊
Me either
Why do a field test... She already admitted to being drunk
Her admission was meaningless, since she hadn't been mirandized.
At least she told the truth,,, hope she gets a new tire
Finally someone who had more than 2 drinks and doesnt live just right there
No excuse for what she did
Second offence in the UK - at least a 3 year ban - and it’s enforced . May be more too for this level.
Some states in the US have very lax penalties for drinking and driving. As a US citizen I am embarrassed it is so. Laws need to be changed and stiffer penalties for DUI/OVI.
Why does she keep talking about her previous DUI?!?
The back problems she must endure.😮
Honey when we get stopped by a cop we all get panicked😂
So mom is at home so sick she can not get out of bed so every one leaves and goes out and gets drunk.
That is what I heard too.
Lots of nurses and nursing assistants dealing with alcohol addictions it seems
At least she was honest. HOWEVER, she has a _SEVERE_ drinking problem! And, she's only 24! This judge better do what's right to protect the public from her.
COINCIDENCE. : Her fine was $375.00....
And that is the exact amount she spent on drinks that night. !!
I don’t understand. I really don’t. I really really don’t. Not once did she think of other people on the road before she even started drinking. She knew she would end up driving. This is the sole reason why this law is established, for the welfare of others. The absolute disrespect and disregard for others
Oh haha, this is crazy... She does not seem bothered by what she's done. So sorry to inconvenience you with a breathalyzer & interlock. Maybe don't drink & drive. She's acting like this is a social event. If I got arrested for anything, I'd be a basket case.
On top of all of this, she's in the medical field? She should lose her license to practice in whatever capacity she's in.
California Bodycam I did count how many times she asked about her phone, 12-13 times
She was very cooperative.
She's telling officer how drunk she is, & naming off all the drinks she had b4 getting behind the wheel like its a badge of honor n something to b proud of🤯
Omg!! The bragging & laughing bout her previous DWI, n the pain of blowing into a interloc, was so infuriating😤 n the fact she was more concerned if her phone was ok🤯 I'm glad at least she gotta lil tiny bit of jail that night n in her sentencing 🥴
Ive tried to do the walking tests and i couldnt do them i was sober lol
I feel kind of bad for her-she is obviously an alcoholic to drink that much and be relatively coherent
Only if she worried about her diet as much as her phone!!!
Why would the cop keep saying that he doesn’t want to take her to jail. She NEEDS to go to jail for a very long time. This person is disgusting.
The officer was very nice.
I don’t think she is taking this very seriously. Sounds like she has grown up in a drinking environment. I hope she breaks free of it!
Well her dads a drunk so probably
He already knows she’s going to jail even though he tells her he doesn’t want to take her to jail.
24??!! Thats a hard 24. My wife is 50 and looks nothing like her...yikes.
The age police on patrol.
Drinking does some hard work on your face and body.
She's is 24 wow....
I have some concerns for her upcoming quality of life
At least admitting and honest she already know she fu**up but she need hard lesson to woke up before she killed or injured someone or herself 🙇🏻♂️
She's definitely not starving. 🍔🍟
