In my opinion, I don’t believe Elvis would ever take his life. He adored his little girl, Lisa Marie too much. Let them all Rest In Peace and be grateful for the time and the gifts they all gave us.

Elvis was an intelligent man who was spiritually evolved; thanks to people like Larry Geller. Elvis's love and protectiveness for Lisa Marie was his prime mission besides living as a pop idol. Also, Elvis would never take his life as he was well-versed in scripture which listed it as the greatest sin. The way and the time Elvis died, I believe was the right time in his mortal life. May Elvis and Lisa Marie rest in Eternal Peace. Thank you both for your musical gifts to us, to the world; and to your generosities to the people, you have helped. We love you both always.

In Elvis's case,,, drugs were not only hurting him physically, thhey were impeeding his mine. Life in Tune: I agree about the spirit knowing when it's time to go. Last summer I had a medical emergency. I was alone. I passed out and fell. I remember as my body fell backward it seemed I was up above. Confused. Trying to figure out what was happening. I remember making a conscious decision to get up and call for help. I spent about a week in the hospital. At home, I was reading through docs reports and papers when I discovered the EMT thought I was dying. That shook me up quite a bit. Elvis knew something physical was wrong and he knew he couldn't go on much longer. This question we can not answer bc we were not behind that closed door. We did not see. We do not know his mindset. Elvis had a genetic deficiency, just like his mother and some of her brothers and sisters, that effected his lungs, liver and heart. That was the reason they all died from a heart attack at a young age. Elvis also suffered from acute sleeplesness, which is a neurological ailment. Without sleeping pills he stayed awake for days on end. From the side of the Presley's Elvis inherited a bowel problem that caused painful obstipation. Elvis Presley wasn't very healthy but worked very hard. No wonder he needed medication for his health problems just to be able to function and perform. His doctor, dr. Nick, borrowed tons of dollars from Elvis Presley and wouldn't be inclined to refuse any medication Elvis asked for because he protected his financial interests. Before he died Elvis had already had three heart attacks as was later discovered. The poor man was terribly exploited by Parker, his father, stepmother and stepbrothers, grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins and of course the Memphis maffia and their families. Priscilla Presley got $750.000 + half a house in Californie + 5% of all Presley revenues + child and spouse alimony out of her 5 year marriage with Elvis Presley: a very generous settlement. Elvis was too kind and the sad thing is that many of his freeloaders became angry when Elvis couldn't provide for them anymore and decided to slander Elvis out of revenge: Red and Sonny West, Dave Hebler, his wicked stepmother, etc.
Elvis rest in peace: he was a very good person and left us with the recordings of his beautiful voice for which I am very grateful.

They were his STEP brothers. And Priscilla was only his wife from May 1, 1967 until (on paper) their divorce on October 9.1973. They had been separated since February 1972, though. And Priscilla just waited one week before trying to destroy Lisa Wishes in her will for her own selfish reason which hurts those children! I think very low of Priscilla now! Gold Digger just like her friend Michael Lockwood, Lisa husband. Priscilla is a trader by keeping a relationship with Lockwood after him and Lisa nasty divorce. As for Elvis taking his own life, I don't feel that is what happened because Elvis loved our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I feel Elvis had a premonition that his time here on earth was ending. He was a gift from God and he did what God created him to do and he can never ever be duplicated. God made only one man known simply as Elvis. Elvis was sick and so very lonely so God took him home. I believe he did want to go home.I believe he was tired of it all, singing the same stuff over and over, all the adulation by the fans yet feeling so alone.I believe his death at the same age of his mother was a big indicator.I just lost my mother on mother's day 2022 and it is a unbearable grief and for one, I don't know how he did it so long.I think that day,the day he passed, while in the bathroom ,he seen himself in the mirror.I mean truly seen himself and I'm not just talking about the outside- and he hated what he had become and I could just picture him saying screw it,mama I'm coming home. But what I think or feel is unimportant and doesn't even matter .What matters is like the video said,it's not how he died but how he lived and like the Beatles song says,in the end its all the love we make is all the love we will take when we leave here, I believe that, and if he took all that love he made while journeying through this life, heaven truly did get better and Elvis will finally meet the true King where he will find much needed rest with all those that went before him . God bless you all

Elvis was a caregiver financially for so many people. It is my firm belief that Elvis would not have become addicted on drugs if it hadn't been for that sob Parker who cared nothing for his health and only for the Benjamins Elvis made for him. Elvis had to take pain killers and such to keep up with the schedule Parker kept him on not giving him time to rest and heal. Elvis knew he was the bread winner for many people including his band and such. He could have hung it up earlier in his life but cared so much for the people around him that he wouldn't allow himself to do so. Elvis had no business on stage performing in the condition he was in but Parker wouldn't allow it to happen either. RIP Elvis you were the King and a helleva human being.

We can thank Linda Thompson several times over because she saved Elvis many times. Elvis was the greatest entertainer ever. Unfortunately, he was a drug addict, and that my friends is a great lesson for us all and what not to do. He is one of my heroes and actually taught me to stay away from pills, even today. We will see Elvis again and I look forward to it. Elvis was human and had flaws just like the rest of us. May God bless you all and always stay on the sunny side of life.

He did not want to drink like his mother so he used drugs and lots of them. A great lesson for all of us what not to do. Elvis had an allergic reaction to the codeine that his step brother gave him and had a fatal massive seizure, not a heart attack. The Doctor did not tell me it was addictive either, But I took myself off really slowly and breakin' the pills down into smaller amounts, I finally came off and never looked back and have never taken a pill from the doctor again, in fact never gone to a doctor again, and this is now thirty years plus later.
