13 Minute Mid/Upper Back Stretch & Release Routine | Posture | Thoracic Spine | Shoulders

  • Grab a mat for this 13 minute (approx) gentle mid/upper back routine. Our main focus is reliving tension and tightness around the thoracic spine. If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it and decrease the range of motion. Options to intensify the stretch and to modify the stretch are given throughout.
