    *sometimes i forget how effective a 30 minute workout can be! the sweat is dripping! i love how you incorporate bodyweight movements into this using the legs and core especially so i feel like there’s some toning aspects as well! 413 active calories burned and 482 total calories burned and counting!!*

    Michelle you are so inspiring! Your words are so encouraging! This 70 year old gramma loves to work out kickboxing is my jam from doing Taebo to Les Mills Body combat and now you are my favorite!     I held 2 1kg dumbells and could not pace up doing in and out jumping jacks. Great workout. Last workout of the year 2023 for me and I am excited

    This was great I used 3 lb dumbells since I didn't have wrist weights and it worked well. Definitely got the heart rate up.

    Great class. Do you (by chance) offer a structured routine FOR muscle gains with cardio days mixed in?, like a months worth of structured work. I'm getting bum'd out waking up and looking for something on UA-cam that I "feel" like doing every day. I want some actual structure. TIA
