After working 8 hours on my feet back and forth on a surgical section of the hospital I came to do this. I am exhausted but it was all worth it. I use the trampoline in some of the exercises

Hurray, i managed to complete the whole workout! But i mus admit, fatigue set in 30mins into the exercise. I had to pause the video to catch my breath. My mat towel was soaking wet w my sweat. Hahaha...

Great job! HIIT workouts if done right, need to only be 20-30 minutes. When we do LONG sessions of cardio it can start burning up muscle vs fat.
