    After working 8 hours on my feet back and forth on a surgical section of the hospital I came to do this. I am exhausted but it was all worth it. I use the trampoline in some of the exercises

    Whew. Tough! Had to modify the kneel-stand up portion. My knees are bad so I just kneeled and continued the round. Thanks Michele and Diane great workout. 😊

    This workout certainly challenges your endurance. 35 minutes of intense work. I usually do an hour workout but I am done after this one. Thanks again for the challenge! 😅

      Great job! HIIT workouts if done right, need to only be 20-30 minutes. When we do LONG sessions of cardio it can start burning up muscle vs fat.

    Hurray, i managed to complete the whole workout! But i mus admit, fatigue set in 30mins into the exercise. I had to pause the video to catch my breath. My mat towel was soaking wet w my sweat. Hahaha...
