    This is the longest workout of the week. We hit those legs hard today and those calves. The ab section is tough when using those ankle weights. Let me know if your heart rate was up during those leg moves. I suggest stretch those calves a little later today....you're gonna be feeling them. ❤

      Hi Michelle!! I am a HUGE fan!! I started your 4 week challenge yesterday and I love it so far. And yes!!! I'm feeling all the pains and it feels awesome! Where do I access all of the work outs for the challenge? I only see the first 3. Please respond, I know you have an enormous fan base, I don't want to miss one workout. Thank you, Michelle!!     Great workout! Used my heaviest weight 15 lbs throughout! Super challenging but so good. RDL’s were killer

    Fantastic leg work out! Yes my heart rate was up with the heavy weight (20 lbs). The core section was challenging with those ankle weights especially when scissoring those legs. Wow!

    Loved this workout. I’m feeling it on my steps! I felt a lot of low back during the squats, any suggestions for modifications or what to consider with that?

    Amazing !!!!! I did This workout today it 's the best we Can do !!!!
    Very good compromise if you want an efficient home workout whithout going to the gym I will try this strenght challenge if I like it I will definitivly suscribe ! Loveeee ittttttt ❤❤❤❤❤❤

    Thank you so much for this great lower body and ab burner. Had to modify a little in weight had some low back issues but got through and felt great.

      Make sure to do some updogs...after leg day I typically do 5-10 ddogs every hour. ❤️❤️

    Also what do those of us with degenerative arthritis in the lower back do? I love these workouts and want to build muscle?

      The hard thing with degenerative arthritis in the lower back is....not being active can aggravate it as well as being active. What I do, as I have this at my age now, stretch daily, foam roll, take an extra day off if needed or decrease the weight, take ice baths, do up dogs daily, and I continue to do bird/dog and other fine tuning exercise for my back. Everybody is different, you need to find what works for you. I also take GUT HEALTH from SNAP which helps with inflammation. I know some people find relief in taking some type of anti-inflammatory topical or pill. Another option is do the exercises you can that don't irritate it as much. Maybe a ball squat is better for you and doing more reps. 👌❤️😘

      @@MichelleBriehler OK I will try the ball squat. All of this happened yesterday and I would love to go onto the third video today however I’m not sure can I do that by just lowering the weights or should I take a break for a day I don’t know what to do because I hate to stop.

    So i pulled my back doing this yesterday, in sooooo upset , I want to do the next one can I do lower weights

      Sounds like you may have tried to go too heavy or your technique may have been off just a little. Do some up dogs to get some spinal extension as we did a lot of flexion during the leg workout. And most defiantly lower the weights, but don't fight through the pain. 😘💯

      @@MichelleBriehler by the way, I just want you to know I started going through menopause in 2018 I’ve always been a major fitness buff have always looked amazing and have recently started to gain weight for no reason even though I eat right, and I obsessively look for workouts from so many different people that I can do and I never stick to any of themcoming across your standing low impact cardio was the best thing that happened to me. They were doable. Everything else I tried gave me panic attacks that’s just part of my menopause symptoms but I’m able to do all of your exercises without breaking into a panic. Thank you so much.
