    I’m a trainer in the UK & I just wanted to say how fabulous you & your classes are. Your cueing is the best & I do my workouts with you as my trainer, it gives my brain time off & I can work hard without thinking ‘what comes next’ 🤔 - thank you

    This wirkoutvwas fabulous! I surprized myself with that last pkank hold, im getting better at planking but still have a tough time holding them for longer lengths, i was shaking really bad at the end, but i did it! Thank you all for another fabulous workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

    Cannot bend toes still
    Kept up just great workout thx
    I used 5 9 and 15 pounds
