This is the best 2+2 I have ever seen. I cant believe I see claimed Z owners on here hating. Ive been driving Nissans my whole adult life and 3 of my cousins own Z32's. I have never once ran into a Nissan guy or girl that's a hater like this fool in the comments.
Love your car. I had the same wheels on my TTZ. A friend basically gave them to me because they came on his Plymouth hot rod project and he didn't like the way they looked. Really miss that car.
Okay what drew my eye to your Z was the slicktop look with a 2+2 body. I never thought of just wrapping the T Tops on a Z. I think that was a great idea. Personally I still like the regular 2 seat Z32, I might just have to get one now. Thanks!
I got mine in excellent condition and it’s been a battle to keep it stock. It’s auto but it’s Pearl white white ,black leather interior that’s 10/10 t tops don’t leak 👍🏻 came with the polished wheels for 4k. I I usually modify cars within a month or 2 but I’ve had this car for a few years now it’s still all stock 😂
A bro had one since we were in highschool, rolling around in civics and bs, man's had a gold , late model, TT zx would dust us everyday. His was an original Fairlady Z car from Japan, mostly stock with just uprated Garrett's & furlong with the only suspension we could have that still kept the 4 wheel steering...never forget the day he dropped his T top and it shattered 😂 don't think any of us were as upset when blowing up or totalling cars as he was with 1 T top for months and a box as a roof😂😂😂 aaah ... too bad he sold it before I got into all wheel drives and got revenge tho
Of all the cars I have owned. My brand new 1996 300 ZX had the mist emotional appeal. I loved the dash layout and the TTops. I sure miss it though. Yours is a great build. The quality of materials are not the same.thesw days as everything is souch cheaper these days. Parts and materials
How hard was swapping the interior? Mine has the tan interior as well. My wife loves the tan so may end up keeping it but I’d much rather have grey or black.
I have a question about the Cruise control what happens to it when you manual swap it because I just purchased a Manual Trans for 400$ (I really appreciate the seller for hooking me up) and do you think there is a way to rewire it to something cool like turning on and off the Underglow or like something neat. Really awesome build I am very inspired to build my Z32 up and look all pretty. :D
I gave up TWICE 😂 once on a 2+2 then again on a 2+0. Both were NA. I also thought I would swap them one day. With a loj ls kit. (The kit alone is 10 grand) went to a hardcore zenki with a sr20. Liked it. But if i popped that sr It would have made the car worthless. Now i found true bliss with my hellrot e36 coupe. Staying here. Once the looks are dialed ill turbo the m50. Nice car respect for finishing it. I just didnt love the chassis enough especially with the funky front suspension.
very nice looking z from 2 ruffy's and a fair bit of cash thrown at it you've done a great job. i don't how you get away with that mirror tint don't the cops hassle you about that. lucky you can get all those parts and kits at pretty cheap prices compare to what we would pay for here in Australia plus mega shipping on top. i do own a black on black 1990 2+0 5 sp JDM import i still have it after 21 yrs and never once wanted to sell it still only has 129,000 klm on the clock i love the thing.
I had a TT that kinda needed a rebuild, I was tossing up between that an a V8 swap and went with the rebuild but kinda wish I went with the V8 for easier maintenance, the sound and even being a bit lighter, maybe something to consider one day.
Honest question to the tuner community: Is it a high safety concern regarding replacing the original steering wheel with a racing style steering wheel that does not contain an airbag? Maybe I'm just old, but Is be concerned about getting in an accident without an airbag. Can someone please weigh in? Drive safe, all.
lowring the cars body is wrong, the body will get the ground and the car will rust away from below. steering is a problem too in lowerd cars. the Nissan 300ZX is on of the best cars ever and specially one of the best made in japan sportscaes from the 90s. these cars are like world cultural heritage buildings and need to likewise be preserved forever. its to bad when they're lowerd like that set-up to be destroyed.
@@UnderRatedGarageYT Better for stability at top speeds sure, but youre not hitting that with an NA lmfao Looks? Hard disagree, people dont call it the limo Z for nothing.

its to low to the ground, it will hit the ground somewhere and then rust away from below. the original suspension drives better than lowering these cars. the icy blue color is nice, i would like that with an intense all red interior. underlight is nice, i like that and if its red or orange, that can be i think better for safety. $18500 is compared to what sportscars cost today a low price and that gets one of the nicest looking cars ever, the Nissan 300ZX. that engine can do with a turbo like 567HP on the wheels without a problem.

Tastefully modded indeed
That is undoubtedly the most beautiful 300ZX I've ever seen. The color is just astounding. Just beautiful.

Shoutout to you for not gatekeeping your mods.

Love the NA motor.

Looks like a super car and probably runs great too.
Excellent job.

This is a very clean ZX
I really like the color and wheels
Thank you!
Saw this at panda fest and literally wanted to build a z just like this. So clean.
Look's beautiful man!😊
Beautiful build. This is definitely a no-shortcuts type of build. How does that OS giken clutch feel?
Honestly it feels great, I have had a puck type clutch on my yellow Z and that sucked compared to the twin disc. There’s just a lot of noise from it
And thank you 🙏
Very clean! Looks like you opted for all the deletes in the engine bay. Currently on a mission to do the same to my TT 😅

How did you tuck the engine bay?
I have a video on it, if you go to the Icy Z32 playlist!
you can run a TT mishimoto radiator on a NA?
