Ask chatGPT to make a tasreef table with past tense. present tense, command, fail, mafool, meaning in English (with taskeel) in a table with verbs. Game changer
@@Abdullah_muslim1 type something like: I want you to make a verb table including (everything you want) with this many columns, include (as many verbs as you want)
Context Reverso is better, I can't even count the amount of times I've tested chatgpt with sarf and it's answers are completely bogus. I asked it to explain how to make a fiil mabniy lil majhooli with naqis af3al and it gave me an explanation for fiil ajwaf, it cannot even differentiate between naqis and ajwaf.
Here is a list of prompts you can use : 1. Learn the basics of Arabic grammar Prompt: "Explain to me the basic rules of Arabic grammar, including the use of definite and indefinite articles, nouns and adjectives, with simple examples." 2. Essential Arabic vocabulary Prompt: "Lists the 20 most common words in Arabic, their meaning, transcription and an example of their use in a sentence." 3. Verb conjugation in Arabic Prompt: "Give me a conjugation chart for the verb 'to write' (كتَبَ) in the present, past and future tenses, with the correct pronunciation." 4. Learning to read and write in Arabic Prompt: "Explain to me the letters of the Arabic alphabet, starting with the single letters, and how they change according to their position in a word." 5. Analyze an Arabic sentence Prompt: "Analyze the following sentence: 'الرجل يكتب الرسالة' (The man writes the letter), and explain to me the role of each word (verb, noun, article, etc.)." 6. Translating simple sentences Prompt: "Translate the following sentence from Arabic into French: 'أنا أحب القراءة'. Then explain the meaning of each word and its function in the sentence." 7. Constructing complex sentences in Arabic Prompt: "Help me build a complex sentence in Arabic using subordinates, for example saying 'When I arrived home, it was raining.'" 8. Expressing feelings and emotions in Arabic Prompt: "Give me 10 sentences in Arabic to express common emotions, such as joy, sadness, anger, etc., with their translation and transcription." 9. Practice reading and translating text in classical Arabic Prompt: "Read and translate the first verse of Sura Al-Fatiha into Arabic. Give me a detailed explanation of each word and its usage." 10. Construct a simple dialogue in Arabic Prompt: "Create a simple dialogue in Arabic between two people meeting for the first time. Provide translations and explanations for each exchange."
Be careful though, sometimes if tashkeel is not used in the original text, chatGPT can mess up the actual translation. It once made a translation indicating that Muslims worship the Qur’an (it was an article from Islamweb) because it couldn’t discern يعبد was supposed to be read as يُعْبَدُ and not يَعْبُدُ
Salam alaikum wa RachmatuLlah! Do you know where to learn how the early generations structured their learning? Learned a book by heart, practiced it and then moved to the next book? Is that what they did? Jazak Allah Khairan!
Can you or someone here in the comments recommend good books for arabic poetry? With translations for people who learned arabic but are not native speakers (interlinear/word by word translation would be best)
