So true for the pressure thing. Comfort makes us lazy. I came back from a failed temtative to do hijrah with 20k cad debts. Workdd online didn't work and got stuck for a year. Switched to business, got a contract, then another,paid my debts and Allaah also gave me a way out of Canada. See struggles as an opportunity to learn and seize new occasions.

This reminds how such special forces splashed into my room too in Egypt 🇪🇬 while I was studying there in 2015 they came looking for my roommate accusing him of weed selling 😂 they came with full gears, all masked up as if they came for ISIS member😢 I got so terrified that I started shivering, thank goodness they didn’t take me, they solely came for him!!

As I watched, I was able to piece together my own perspective on why you felt you were paying with your eman (Allah SWT knows best and this is only my reflections). The sleep less nights, stress, time is not what allowed you to be successful the contributions of your efforts were fruitful only by the will of Allah. To take the nafs out is hard but key and know yes I am giving effort but ultimately I did not gain this from my knowledge or solely my effort. Many have spent money & lost everything for business to gain nothing back in the end.
