    I found it Hazrat Khawwat(ra) bin Jubair Ansari’s title was Abu Abdullah as well as Abu Saleh. He belonged to the tribe of Banu Tha‘labah. Hazrat Khawwat(ra) bin Jubair was the brother of Hazrat Abdullah(ra) bin Jubair. Hazrat Abdullah(ra) bin Jubair was the one who was appointed by the Holy Prophet(sa) during the battle of Uhud to protect the valley along with fifty archers. Hazrat Khawwat(ra) was of moderate height. He passed away in Medina in 40 AH at the age of 74. According to one narration, his age at the time of his demise was 94. He used to dye his hair with henna and indigo leaves. Hazrat Khawwat(ra) left for the Battle of Badr along with the Holy Prophet(sa), however on the way, he sustained an injury from a sharp corner of a stone and so the Holy Prophet(sa) sent him back to Medina. Nevertheless, the Holy Prophet(sa) included him in the spoils of the Battle of Badr. Thus, it was as if he too was counted among those individuals, who participated in the Battle of Badr. He participated alongside the Holy Prophet(sa) in all battles, including the battles of Uhud and the Ditch.

    Brothers commenting, you shouldn't be making comments about authenticity this way.
    Alhamdulillah the story is true, but rigorous authentication is for legalities and worship. IF something isn't sahih, it doesn't mean it didn't happen. We have thousands of weak hadith that are likely accurate. And the ulema have always taken from them and used them.
    We also have recent "muhadditheen' who make serious mistakes in authentication, so internet research without knowledge can lead to falsities.
    Stick with traditional scholarship and fiqh. The Shaykh has knowledge and sanad from the Ba Alawi Alhamdulillah, this is itself a stamp of approval.

    • @uthmaanabrahams6316
      @uthmaanabrahams6316 6 місяців тому +2

      Ba Alawi? I searched it and it says something about Sufis. Should I be concerned about his Aqeedah then?

    • @hamzaebrahim5919
      @hamzaebrahim5919 5 місяців тому +6

      It is extremely important to give the source. Authentication is one of the major things in Islam we can't do without.
      Abdullah ibn al-mubaarak said:
      إن الإسناد من الدين، ولولا الإسناد لقال من شاء ما شاء
      The sanad (chain of transmission) is from the Deen. And had it not been for the sanad, then anyone could have said what ever they wanted. So if you say "Rasoolullaah Sallallaahu Alayhi Wa Sallam said" then there has got to be a source. Quiting Ahaadeeth with has a weakness in the sanad for Fadeelah is a different story. Even in Taareekh you need a source, otherwise anyone can just make up history, tell it to the younger generation who would in turn repeat that lie to their children.

    • @muazunais2378
      @muazunais2378 5 місяців тому +4

      We should ABSOLUTELY care about Authenticity if it's not for that then why did the compilers of hadith spent their entire lives dedicated to find the right hadeeth.
      And once they even rejected a hadeeth from a person who lied to donkey to lure the animal to come to him cuz that small thing of lying to an animal made him not a legible person

    عن خوات بن جبير قال: نزلنا مع رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- مر الظهران، فخرجت من خبائي، فإذا أنا بنسوة يتحدثن؛ فأعجبنني، فرجعت فاستخرجت عيبتي، فاستخرجت منها حلة فلبستها، وجئت فجلست معهن. وخرج رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- من قبته فقال: أبا عبد الله، ما يجلسك معهن؟ فلما رأيت رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- هبته، واختلطت. قلت: يا رسول الله جمل لي شرد، وأنا أبتغي له قيدا، فمضى، واتبعته، فألقى رداءه ودخل الأراك، كأني أنظر إلى بياض متنه في خضرة الأراك، فقضى حاجته وتوضأ، فأقبل والماء يسيل من لحيته على صدره. فقال: أبا عبد الله ما فعل شراد جملك؟ ثم ارتحلنا، فجعل لا يلحقني في المسير إلا قال: السلام عليك يا أبا عبد الله، ما فعل شراد ذلك الجمل؟ فلما رأيت ذلك تعجلت إلى المدينة، واجتنبت المسجد، والمجالسة إلى النبي -صلى الله عليه وسلم-، فلما طال ذلك تحينت ساعة خلوة المسجد، فأتيت المسجد فقمت أصلي، وخرج رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- من بعض حجره، فجاء فصلى ركعتين خفيفتين، وطولت رجاء أن يذهب ويدعني، فقال: طول أبا عبد الله ما شئت أن تطول، فلست ذاهبا حتى تنصرف، فقلت في نفسي: والله لأعتذرن إلى رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم-، ولأبرئن صدره، فلما انصرفت، قال: السلام عليك أبا عبد الله ما فعل شراد ذلك الجمل؟ فقلت: والذي بعثك بالحق ما شرد ذلك الجمل منذ أسلمت، فقال: رحمك الله (ثلاثا)، ثم لم يعد لشيء مما كان. وهذا الحديث أخرجه الطبراني كما ذكرت.
    قال الهيثمي: رواه الطبراني من طريقين، ورجال أحدهما رجال الصحيح، غير الجراح بن مخلد وهو ثقة. انتهى.
    وأورد هذه القصة بهذا السياق ابن الجوزي في المنتظم، وابن عساكر في تاريخ دمشق، والمزي في تهذيب الكمال، وابن حجر في الإصابة، وكلهم سكت عنها.
    وهذا الخبر يشتمل على طرف من حسن خلق النبي -صلوات الله عليه-، ولينه لأصحابه، ونهيه عن المنكر بالحكمة والموعظة الحسنة.
    ومن ثم، فلا نرى مانعا من حيث الأصل من التحديث بها. وقد عرفت ما قاله الهيثمي وهو من كبار المحدثين في سندها، وأن رجال الخبر رجال الصحيح، خلا راوية ثقة.
    والله أعلم.
