For Example Surah Mulk very important Surah to hifz because of topic which I understand through meaning I'll find easy to correct even if I forgot. Tips to share Surah Mulk On first Rukuh 14 ayats. Ayat 1 (Part 1) Ayat 2,4 (Part 2) Ayat 5 (Part 3) Ayat 6 (Part 4) Review 1st 6 ayat for long term memorization Section 2 ( Ayat 7 to 12) Ayat 7 to 11 ( Part 5) Ayat 12 (Part 6) Ayat 13,14 (Part 7) 1st Rukuh Completed Memorize review till 1st Ruku Now Ayat 15 and pair 16,17 means ayat start with same word (memorize all on 1 part) 18 (Part) 19 pair 20,21 (Part) 22, pair 23,24 (Part) 25,26(Part) this pair comes in other Surat as well 27 (Part) 28,29,30 (Part) all start with Qul and Surah 28 and 30 has same word to start Congratulation to memorize Surah Mulk Follow the above suggestion to memorize as every night before we sleep we need to recite so if we die that day this Surah will secure us on Azab Qabar.(Ameen) Note: Initially I don't had intention to share how I memorize Surah Mulk also I wrote in high fever and now I'm feeling well Alhamdullilah hope even a single person could get benefit on this (Ameen)

@@absbse Mishary Rashid Alafasy is great. I find his recitations easy to mimic and listen to. Plus the youtube channel "Arabic 101" that teaches arabic and tajweed also recommends listening to him.
Some advice for those who are hufaaz or are in the process. The minimum level that a hafiz should be at. Is for your memorization to be so strong and good that you are able to recite the entire 20 rakaahs of taraweeh salaah every night alone in Ramadaan. You must be able to recite from memory anywhere in the Quran at any time. These days there are thousands of hufaaz but ask them to recite a half juz from memory on the spot. See if they are able to.
The #1 shift that changed my Hifdh journey forever, I redefined what Hifdh meant for me. Hifdh: what I can comfortably recite in my salah. It's that simple. If it doesn't enrich my salah, I cannot call it Hifdh. The primary implementation of the recitation of my Hifdh is in my salah. I recite to my teacher to help me get there. I recite it to Allah in salah primarily.
@@ibradul MashaAllah, nice.. reciting it to Allah in salah will make our memorization and learning of quran easy and so simple in our daily prayers of sunnah and nafil that we pray if we recite every time a new surah or a few new ayats, if we continue this everyday then we will actually memorize quran in our daily lives.
@@ibradul tip for myself inshaallah i will implement it : if i cannot recite or did not recite in my salah atleast 5 times, without forgetting, then i cannot call it hifdh. It is a hifdh if i can recite it without forgetting in atleast 5 salah's.
@@umarakhtar3028 it's literally that simple. Standards are everything. You are not the person you wish to become. You are the lowest common denominator you allow yourself to be.
@@ibradul Wow.. thats true cuz i am all the timing wishing in my heads i wanna do this i will do this, but when it comes to implementation and action, im rarely seing it. We must set personal goals for ourselves in order to implement them, is definately the starting point of growth.

Every section of this video is so true as I have personally experienced it. Go slow but make sure very often and very frequently keep revising your previous Juzz and Sabaq. Keep stimulating your brain by reciting verses during prayers, tahajjud etc. Do lots of Istigfar and ask Allah to help you understand His words. This will make your Hifz very easy. Important is consistency and routine. A single day with no Quran in life of a hafiz is equivalent to loss of 40 days of memorization. Stick to a routine. My advise is to read quran in morning during day and night. That's how I started my journey. Be honest to yourself and know very well how much you know by heart. It took me 2 years to do 7 juzz. My first year I kept forgetting my revised juzz. I started all over again and never skipped any day. Today alhamdulilah I am contented and satisfied as quality of memorization is imp than quantity. Remeber Allah sees your Neeyat and intention. Hope my message can be useful for anyone like me doing hifz.

There is saying between people of knowledge and it goes as "An Hafidh is not an Hafidh until you see the Quran in his life", meaning it's not about memorization, not the of 4 khalifs were hafidh, but they were the companions of walking Quran (peace be upon him), it's more about understanding and implementation, but it doesn't mean one doesn't memorize, memorize but learn it more, not remember it more !
I agree to your view. But I want to ask about the statement that "none of the 4 khulafaa were haafidh", how do we know this? I mean sinc they were living the Quran, wouldn't they already know it by heart? I mean yes, there wasn't this thing at that time to sit and memorize only. But because of excessive reading and understanding, wouldn't they have already known it by heart?
@@known_D3v yes we should keep our focus everysingle day on its implementation in our daily luves, so that we can tell Allah on the day of judgement knowingly that here i obeyed your ayat i followed your ayat by doing this i did this i said this. A great number of the Sahabah memorised the Book of Allah, may He be exalted, and they were so great in number that they could not all be listed. A number of the scholars mentioned the most prominent of those among them who memorised the Book of Allah. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Abu ‘Ubayd mentioned those among the Companions of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who memorised the Quran. Among the Muhaajireen he listed the four caliphs, Talhah, Sa‘d, Ibn Mas‘ood, Hudhayfah, Saalim, Abu Hurayrah, ‘Abdullah ibn as-Saa’ib and the ‘Abdullahs. Among the women he listed ‘Aa’ishah, Hafsah and Umm Salamah.
Jazak Allah Khair! Extremely beneficial recitation process detailed out in the most simplest manner indeed. May Allah SWT bless you always! Regards, Amir (Pakistan)
Sabaq, Sabqi, and Dawr are similar to what we have in our Halaqat in Saudi Arabia but we call them Dars (درس), Janb dars (جنب درس), moraja'ah (مراجعة).
Being a hafidh is phenomenal but I think there ought to be more emphasis on understanding the Qur'an/Qur'anic Arabic and its application instead of rote memorisation. For non-Arabs especially, understanding Qur'anic Arabic should be a priority. We need good teachers/programmes to teach Qur'anic Arabic available to all Muslims. Maybe IFG can develop such facilities in the near future....

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Assalam Aelaikum wa rahmat' Allah wa Barakatuh My name is Zyad, I just have memorized 10 parts or ajzaa' from the Qur'an and I am still in my bath, and maybe my memorization method that I use for now be helpful for someone: 1- firstly, I listen to the page/half of quarter/ quarter of hizb ( around 2 pages and half to 3 pages ). 2- I read this part that I will memorize. 3- then, I try to read and repeat every ayah/ayat that were from 2 to 4 line until I finish, then I repeat the same method with every single amount of what I mentioned, but if the ayah more than 4 lines I just can split them to 2 and 3 lines and memorize each ( we can call this an amount of memorization for short ) 4- U repeat the same operation for every 2 amounts together ( each amount and the one before it, then the same amount with the one after it ) 5- then I repeat the same operation but for 3 amounts ( approximately, 6 to 8 lines at least ) with the same mechanism, that ends with memorising every half of a page according to a 604 page mus-haf I think. 6- then I try the previous operation with 4 and then 5 amounts, and then I stop and go to the next amount of total hifz that I should memorize like the previous one.. But what about reviewing the old pages or hifz that I memorized before ? that's another point to talk about: 1- here firstly, I review every 5 pages together of every two quarters of hizb, and to memorize this I repeat the same operation that I mentioned before with each amount. 2- then I repeat it but with each 3 amounts not 2 like before at the first memorization time. 3- at the end, I try to do the same operation but with adding one amount before and one amount after the one I review for now, so it will be 1 amount, then 3 amounts as I mentioned, then 5, 7, and 9 amounts and stop after that. This method maybe helpful for some, maybe not for another but it looks suitable for me as an Egyptian ( speaks Arabic language already well ) Muslim from the birth, surrounded with many mus-hafs and folk who like reciting but have problems in memorization of the Qur'an, this method is very suitable 🤍. And there's another third element for good memorization after first hifz and reviewing, there's the daily reading, to read an amount of 3 to 10 or to 20 pages everyday from 604-pages mus-haf is a good practice to fix every word of the Qur'an that you memorized and reviewed, that's all.. ولعل الله يجعل فيه لنا ولكم خيراً والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 🌸🧡

=when you're at 10 juz`or less take a quarter , if more then take one juz` at a time
=When you finish a juz` you have to recite it in its entirety to someone and don't allow more than 3 mistakes per quarter
idealy non
= every 5 juz` it's advisable to take the time to tighten every thing up as every 5 juz`(s) is a land mark
*the process itself*
== Nail pronunciation (crucial)
== Small chunks , separate the suras to ayas and ayas to small words then put it all together *dont move on if not perfect at this point
== listen to a good reciter it will help you a lot with your tajweed and pronunciation
== use all your means (memory , sight , understanding ) , so you can remember by a lot of means if such that if you forget you can get help from other senses maybe you will go through the ayaa analytically (when that happens then >> must happen )
== when there is a lot of ayas that are similar use logic and try to memorise there place in conjunction with something else ( Ex: at the top of the page , at the 4th juz`, after allah talked about (----))
== golden tip read the English translation that will help you understand the narrative of the story better thus helping your memorisation
== measure the time taken to memorise a part , that will give you motivation to Beat your record the next time
== your ears do a lot of the work , try to passively listen in car , home , earpods, etc
== recite in as good of a voice as you can that will help your brain memorise better what you just said
== you need a partner , teacher ,friend , etc (someone to be with you along the journey and hold you accountable )
May we all meet in jannah , may Allah make the Quran our comrad in the war of life and testify before allah in our favor
Stay strong Yall , sending love from Egypt

Barakallah my brother. You don't start memorizing quran . You just need to read it according proper makhraj and tajwid. That's the first baby steps for memorizing quran. Unless you are !an Arab. You already know how to read Arabic, you just need to learn tajwid
@Umroh-ew4gh Yes I agree, I'm taking small baby steps, make dua for me
Mashallah
Keep it up!

I've been memorising on and off for a long time Alhamdulillah and this video is highly beneficial
Ur last paragraph is so true bro
Jazakallahu khair
Gave me a boost جَزاكَ اللهُ خَيْراً

I’m 11 years old and my goal is to memorize or read the whole quran to make my family proud and most importantly to make myself proud
One thing i would like to add here is that memorize quran only for the sake of Allah
May Allah make you a successful haifze quran
You should do it for Allah, not for others.
The only reason you should do hifz is for allah
You will find no reward if you do it to brag to people
Do it for Allah only
I don't think it is right intention
Jazak Allahu 'anna khayran

Thank and from tomorrow I am gonna start memoriesing Inshaallah I will finish it in 4years
The #1 shift that changed my Hifdh journey forever, I redefined what Hifdh meant for me.
We are not allowing ourselves to be or to do what we want or need , if we allow ourselves to do it or to be it, we will have it or we will see it InshaaAllah.

Very very useful.

Shukran my brother, that was the best explanation I've heard yet may your rewards be many jazakallahu khyr.
I implemented Quran in my life. May Allah make this possible ameen.
A great number of the Sahabah memorised the Book of Allah, may He be exalted, and they were so great in number that they could not all be listed. A number of the scholars mentioned the most prominent of those among them who memorised the Book of Allah.
Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
Abu ‘Ubayd mentioned those among the Companions of the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) who memorised the Quran.

Sabaq, Sabqi, and Dawr are similar to what we have in our Halaqat in Saudi Arabia but we call them Dars (درس), Janb dars (جنب درس), moraja'ah (مراجعة).
I think it's the same like حفظ ، مراجعة قريبة ، مراجعة بعيدة , in Egypt.. mostly know it like that.
Decent recitation Masha Allah
Mashaa Allah. JazaakAllahu khayran brother for sharing these very beneficial and relatable tips.

JazakAllah ❤ it is truly amazing 😍, SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah ❤️❤️
Being a hafidh is phenomenal but I think there ought to be more emphasis on understanding the Qur'an/Qur'anic Arabic and its application instead of rote memorisation. For non-Arabs especially, understanding Qur'anic Arabic should be a priority. We need good teachers/programmes to teach Qur'anic Arabic available to all Muslims. Maybe IFG can develop such facilities in the near future....
Absolutely…. You know there are online Quran classes from masjid an nabawi right??

My name is Zyad, I just have memorized 10 parts or ajzaa' from the Qur'an and I am still in my bath, and maybe my memorization method that I use for now be helpful for someone:
1- firstly, I listen to the page/half of quarter/ quarter of hizb ( around 2 pages and half to 3 pages ).
2- I read this part that I will memorize.
3- then, I try to read and repeat every ayah/ayat that were from 2 to 4 line until I finish, then I repeat the same method with every single amount of what I mentioned, but if the ayah more than 4 lines I just can split them to 2 and 3 lines and memorize each ( we can call this an amount of memorization for short )
4- U repeat the same operation for every 2 amounts together ( each amount and the one before it, then the same amount with the one after it )
5- then I repeat the same operation but for 3 amounts ( approximately, 6 to 8 lines at least ) with the same mechanism, that ends with memorising every half of a page according to a 604 page mus-haf I think.
6- then I try the previous operation with 4 and then 5 amounts, and then I stop and go to the next amount of total hifz that I should memorize like the previous one..
But what about reviewing the old pages or hifz that I memorized before ? that's another point to talk about:
1- here firstly, I review every 5 pages together of every two quarters of hizb, and to memorize this I repeat the same operation that I mentioned before with each amount.
ولعل الله يجعل فيه لنا ولكم خيراً
والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 🌸🧡
