    In regards to Hispanics and genetics based on race.. you can’t lump al Hispanics the same as Hispanics come from all softest racial mixtures and back grounds.. victor martinez, Juan morel who are Dominicans for example have majority African ancestry mixed with Spaniard European and Indigenous Taino blood.. I would say they probably have the best of both worlds based on the racial mixture

    re: you wanting to have kids, if you have kids either you or Lucie will have to be a stay at home parent and totally look after the kids. and as you say if you want to do a lot of work/projects & need to be focused then the wife have to be fully dedicated to looking after the kids, and if the wife wants to do somethings (projects/work) then you (husband) will have to be fully with the kids and look after them and you will have to take a full break from your projects. some parents manage it while they both work but probably have grandparents look after the kids while you both work/focuses on projects. But highly recommend against putting your kid in front of a TV or iPad or iPhone for hours and hours to keep the kids occupied while you and Lucie work even if you both are at home and are on your own laptops fully focused on the work you are doing, many people do this and I think it is doing some major learning and psychological issues (long term) to the kids

    The last part of the video on genetics was quite interesting and something I’ve always noticed myself too, I don’t like generalising since it’s a touchy subject and given the current climate but I’ve noticed from a young age that many people I personally knew who weight trained in one form or another and were South Asian or even from the Arabian peninsula had less than ideal genetics for bodybuilding, although this didn’t really correlate over to strength/athleticism from what I recall. I also saw the opposite for people of West African descent too which the video touches on, and this was irrespective of drug use.
    On the same page I also noticed that the guys I knew who originally hailed from Egypt had excellent genetics, as you mention in the video but I mean at an amateur level amongst natural and enhanced lifters I knew. What I mean by excellent is in terms of what many would consider as being ideal bodybuilding muscle insertions and the ability to somewhat naturally maintain a low bodyfat percentage, I also noticed this in some of my friends and acquaintances who were from the Maghreb as I grew up and still live in a very multicultural area. Something else I noticed too was a lack of abdominal obesity amongst North Africans which seemed somewhat more common in people I knew who were from South Asia or from the Arabian peninsula. I believe there has also been research that shows people from both of these regions tend towards being insulin resistance which I guess explains it to some extent.
    Also amongst the South Asians I knew, I noticed that those from what I believe are the more ‘Indo-European’ language regions towards the north-west had a far easier time gaining muscle mass and maintaining what would be considered a ‘good physique’ in bodybuilding but again there were huge individual variances and this is all anecdotal, it’s just something I thought someone who reads this may find somewhat interesting and true in their case too.

      "I don’t like generalising since it’s a touchy subject and given the current climate"
      Let's stop fearing the truth, we have deeply submitted to subversive beliefs and behaviors and lost our masculine principles and reason. So long as you are intelligent enough to compartmentalize making general statements of people based on data and repeated experiences versus treating individuals as if they are the generalization rather than individuals, there's nothing wrong. We are at a very dangerous crossroads in the West where we cannot even obtain new information and research on many topics that are too 'touchy'. We need to stay awake (but please not woke).

    • @jonahs4819
      @jonahs4819 4 роки тому

      It’s such an interesting topic for sure. I’m of half anglo white and half south Asian heritage myself and I wish the topic wasn’t brought down by the PC “we’re all exactly the same” crowd. My dad is a Muslim Indian from the North and he has GREAT genetics for weightlifting. Incredibly stocky mountain man. But his father was a slight framed guy with small joints. I seem to have inherited those genetics from my grandfather, but I have no problem putting on lean muscle, like my father. Also on my Anglo side all the men were very tall and lanky/skinny farmers with great muscle density and low body fat (I’d call them wire-y). But they couldn’t tack on mass at all. My white grandfather was made fun of for sinking in the pools instead of floating. It sucks that any mention of genetic differences these days will get you pegged as a “racist”. It’s such an important topic.

It is nowhere near as effective as fen-phen on it's own but it also doesn't cause the serious heart problems that fen=phen caused which led to the FDA banning it.

    Both parents of Lee Priest are bodybuilders so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt on genetics. The thing with Greg is he absolutely has great genes if you look at his old natty pics BUT he's not really just at 140mg--that's just when he goes off between competitions. It is a bit of a half-truth because he couldn't have got there with TRT doses alone.

    • @LeoandLongevity

      @@LeoandLongevity If a healthy 20 year old male produces about 6mg of Test per day or then 42mg/week, why on earth would someone regress if they are taking a full 140mg/week? As I said b4 I think Greg is not lying about his Test intake but he's just not being honest about what else he is taking. because of all of his injuries I think he is on a pretty steady regime of GH/Insulin/BP-157 and maybe T3/T4. Done correctly all of those stacked on a 140mg/week Test base would have 0 problem maintaining his physique on his small frame. Now, can Greg stretch the truth at times or lie by omission, oh yeah and he's made some bad choices in his life that might have you questioning the veracity of any claims he makes but on paper, the protocols done correctly, he could definitely maintain at only 140mg Test per week as it's that + all of the other non anabolics that are doing the job.
