Great tips! 46yo, 5'8", currently 203.4lbs. My Coach has rebounded me to perfection since last August show (176lbs @5%bf peeled crispy dry all day). Up 30+lbs from stage weight and staying lean. 0.3-0.5lbs gain every two weeks pretty much. Very few deviations. The few cheat meals have been relatively clean. PPL 5 days a week with lower volume higher intensity. Really loving this process.

What is the fastest way to recover after a show? I did everything wrong recently, 2-3 day binge and gained 25lbs of water weight and it’s taken more than a week to get my weight down.
What would you do to recover from diuretics/peaking so the water retention either doesn’t happen or doesn’t last very long? (No cheat meal post show? Small meal and no carbs for a few days after? I’m open to suffering lol)
Good series. Matt, do you've a 'go to' grams per pound, lean bm for carbs? Seems like that's where most ppl get fkd up.
Is there such thing as doing too much in your cut? Like workout wise?
Do you calculate your calorie output when in a cut? I’m in a 600 calorie deficit and my goal is 3k a day. Do I need to take into account the calories lost during the workout?
