I’ve watched this podcast twice today now. Two of the most entertaining people. Keep peer pressuring Boston, eventually he’ll crack! I do love Boston’s experiments but eventually you’ll have to dial it back.

Anesthesiology resident here, love what you’re doing, Leo. Maybe I missed it but why not try amlodipine or other non-dhp calcium blocker? Shivering can also be a symptom of acid/base disturbances (possible with hyperkalemia) and sympatholysis from the beta blocker. But idk with him tbh

I get zero sides from 80mg telmisartan, it does not do much for anxiety but for all around blood pressure control and a 24hr half life its very easy to dose and has PPAR / lipid benefits as well.

I really like Boston but he makes me nervous how little he cares about his health and his willingness to attempt a 13 month comeback which will include an ungodly amount of gear.
I understand though how it becomes a psychological dependency in the gym. Trigili explained that well. Like a Trigii or Justin Compton, you almist hope Bostin will have compounding injuries that turn him away from the drug use and bodybuilding lifestyle

Bostin died at 29, not 40
Talking about kidney issues for most of the video, ending with talk about FTPP. A quick Google search shows FTPP caused lesions to the kidneys in test monkeys, and it was dose dependant lol.. curious if he was on high doses of FTPP when he had those weird issues? Probably a stretch, but thought it was worth mentioning.
If you watched the Video, Bostin clearly stated he was taking "a massive amount" 4 x more than his clients. He ran a bottle (5mg) a day for 30 days.
It's pretty clear what happened and to be honest, it is sickening!
Guys talk about Bostin like he had a live by the sword and die by sword attitude. I disagree, he was like a big friendly kid, who thought he would be able to get out of sticky situations.

Astragalus and flax seed powder for kidneys - for liver, choline inositol 2000-5000mg a day, injectable glutathione, and UDCA - not TUDCA but UDCA.

Bostin, I tried lisinopril and hated it. Got on telmisartan and it worked great, but then I read that losartan was a myostatin inhibitor so switched to that.
Ramipril vs lozartan i don’t really have high bp 135/80 but my ejection fraction is low they recommended ramipril b4 bed wondering if zartan better ?

I take adderal a couple weeks out of the month I'm on trt and doc says I have high blood pressure didn't take anything for over a year blood pressure wise I finally just started taking olmesartan I don't notice any side effects but I can tell my blood pressure is lower. I don't know I guess it's a genetic thing I have to deal with. I'm guessing I shouldn't take EQ but that's like My Favorite Drug.
You should watch my podcast on ARBs, olmesartan is an inferior choice.

Bostin needs to take 80mgs Telmisartan before bed daily, save his kidneys and lower his bp. 20mgs first 2 weeks, 40mgs next 2 weeks, then 80mgs thereafter.

It's very sad we lost legendary Bostin Lloyd! Many of us saw this train wreck coming unfortunately. Bostin was very intelligent on all things bodybuilding/PEDs/pharmaceutical etc. He could've easily gotten a degree in bio-chemistry etc. Btw, I doubt Ramy will win again. He stays in Egypt all yr.. does nothin as ambassador in US!

We will never get back the time spent listening/watching this. An hour spent about someone not caring about their blood pressure.....I don't think Bostin has ever been confused with someone that is thoughtful about long-term health. Love the guy's videos and content, but it is what it is.
