    I learn so much off of you, Steve. I don’t do any of this type of work, but the knowledge you give me helps me to make sure I’m not getting ripped off while getting work done. Much appreciated.

    Moved into my Michigan Home and had a rotting Amana A/C Compressor. HVAC Guys blamed a bow wow, soon I realized it was the lawn irrigation sprinklers hitting it as they rotated. Moved the A/C Compressor closer to my house at replacement, it's going to last now. Miss Molly and Steve, the best!

    Steve, with all that dryer lint sounds like dryer hose needs vacuum. Amazing how some people never clean it and maybe end up with a fire!

    Why didn't the oil tank vent have a vent cap on it, how about when it rained ?

    how come that plumbing and elektrical are next to each other or above the Boiler??? , instead changing just valve you have to replace change elektical komponents

    Probably have a sweaters worth of lint plugging up that lousy flexable dryer vent they've got mama.

    Please buy AquaPel from anywhere online and apply it to your windshield. It will make a big difference so you can see properly when raining. Its cheap and will last up to 6 months. I hate seeing people drive without anything on the windshield because it makes such a big difference and easy to apply. You can also make a video if it :)

    • @bryanviper
      @bryanviper 4 роки тому

      @wnc817 haha I bet. But it really does make a difference. Once you put Aquapel on your windshield and notice how much better it is you will love it. Once it starts wearing down it will also drive you crazy and you will have to reapply it but at least its cheap.

    I had one of these Uticas and hated it. Used to have bizarre cavitation type noises that you would hear through the house. Seen several that have leaked obvious a relief valve isn't their fault. Peerless might not be a a Buderus but it sure has been reliable.

      Silver Cymbal what about a 2019 Utica oil steam boiler are they are any good ?? Reliable etc

      @@jballs1118 I can't really say on those I haven't had any experience with steam systems at all. Hopefully others with hands on experience with these will chime in

      Go Burnham if using steam. They have the best one at the moment.

    Are Utica steam oil boilers really good ?? Need to get a new boiler can anyone advise me please. Also a Beckett oil burner are this good choice ?

    • @zacmetalfan
      @zacmetalfan 4 роки тому

      We usually install Burnham steam boilers where I work. Beckett burners are the most common and easiest to work on. Riello are the best burners in my opinion.

      No, they are not good steam boilers. They are based on the Dunkirk design and are finicky (I have one)
      The best oil steam boiler is the Burnham Megasteam
