Why is the vessel always replaced? They always loose their static charge over time and the valve is there to allow you to re-pressurise them. Boilers here in the UK have integrated vessels that you can drain and recharge each yearly service and you'd only replace if the diaphragm perishes
Steve I was just wondering when you do your combustion test and then go to print your diagnosis out is it always that light, or some type of cartridge you have to replace from time to time.
You all probably dont care at all but does any of you know a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I was dumb lost the account password. I would appreciate any help you can give me!
@Aries Clark thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
As usual great video again. Your introduction style taking us for a ride in the truck with you as you go to the job site is great. I am not an expert on video production but is it possible to ease us into the noise of the truck in the videos? Like start out low volume and ramp up to normal volume as the video rolls to reduce the sudden quiet to truck transitions?
Hi thanks for the video I did replace the valve and expansion tank still leaking what’s my next
Thanks
Hay Steve I see you got your truck back. 👍👍👍👍
...”Ain’t this a special piece of junk”, lol 😂

channel lock makes a nice thin one too.
I never drain down a boiler for a tank swap out , I just drop pressure small amount of water comes out , less hassle
All of my new installs I always put a ball valve so you don’t have to drain the unit down
Mike Fournier , Putting a valve between the tank and the system is a code violation , no valve is allowed.👷🏻
@@johnkrim8377 I've heard that, what's the reason just out of curiosity?
@@Keo0oo stupid home owners will shut it off. I install a valve and take the handle off of it. need a wrench to close it.

a tank is usually less than a 100 bucks...just replace it.
I what I like most with all that knowledge an hour work it is a week in a factory salary

Printer looks like a thermal printer. Print head could be dirty, or something wrong with the paper.
it needs new batteries then it will print darker
How much does a job like this cost?

@Aries Clark it worked and I actually got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much you saved my ass !
@Madden Seth no problem =)
Miss Molly pushes out a little fritz at each job site. Haha! I love it :)
I heat the expansion tank up until it expands, then I wrench it off!😊
Can you explain what you mean by this?
@tombomombodombo what he means is he heats the threads with a torch or something to help release the threads. Metal expands and contracts with heat.
That or he means he heats it up till it drains its self.. that way it's not heavy? That would be something I'd question doing thi
Nice job and video
Yep 👍 stay away from home warranties they are a waste of money.! ✌️
I am my home warranty
I'll bet down south like Arkansas, Tennessee and west Virginia they use those expansion tanks to make mini alcohol stills.

Steve, love watching your channel. Maybe a cooking video in the future??
youve gotta wait for the stack temperature to reach its steady state for at least a minute before you can get a proper reading on your test
