I just installed this on my Gigabyte RX 5700 XT Gaming OC and it works like a champ! Idling temperature is 40 degrees Celcius with ambient room temperature around and never even touches 70 under load. GPU junction does creep until 76 (so far I've tested) but that's way better than stock cooler. Memory temperature is also low, never reach more than 52 under stress test. I also put pure copper heatsinks on the VRMs (got them laying around). As you mention, you need to offset the memory heatsink a bit when installing the AIO.
Other improvements that can be done: change to better 92mm fan beside the pump (Noctua maybe?) but the stock fan is good enough already.

Then my then my gpu and memory temps shot through the roof, so next day I redid the whole thing. Would you try doing a mod for me and do a video of the results? What I'm curious about since you don't need the blower style cooler no more is the following: What if you'd cut the seald off fin stack open "from above" and mount a high pressure 120mm on top of it instead of using the small blower fan on the side of the fin stack... or for the sake of the VRMs, run both fans simulaniously?
For long I've been curious if this would be a valid "cheapo" ghetto mod that, maybe wont be as good as a AIO cooler solution, but maybe be a better solution than running the cooler in stock configuration?

Amazing product! Got it for $46 USD on Aliexpress, came in about 12 days using ePacket shipping. Coming from a 5700 flashed to XT set a 1900mhz core, 900mhz mem and 10% power.
    Before: Core max 1824mhz, 71C Core, 85C Hotspot, 72C Mem, 58C Vrm, 61C Vrm Mem1, 65C Vrm Mem2
    After: Core max 1856mhz, 54C Core, 62C Hotspot, 78C Mem, 66C Vrm, 60C Vrm Mem1, 62C Vrm Mem2
I had to put heatsinks on the memory. I actually used copper M.2 heatsinks I got from Aliexpress and cut them to size. The extra surface area really pays off and the 4mm fits right under the cooler. Anything higher and you can't cover the entire ram chip. The temps are getting are great so I plan to tweak it further. I already bumped my mem to 950mhz which is max. References cards are built the best, after market yes they give you a good cooler but the build is changed to be cheap (see other youtube videos examining the reference board). With this cooler, the setup is fantastic.
FYI if you get this cooler it may make a slight grinding sound in the beginning. I had to run it for 30min before the pump became silent.

Overall I'd say it was a great kit and does just fine cooling both an rx480 and an intel 4770. what small heat sinks do you recommend (i know nothing about nothing when it comes to installing after market AIO like these). Also i have a Gigabyte Auros 5700XT. Do you know if it will fit? (Checked the amazon page but it wasnt very clear) the stock fans are so loud that it sounds like my PC is about to fly off the shelf (on the same level if not louder than Radeon VII on 100%).

I covered how to install it in my original video of this cooler with the GTX 970, and aside from the VRMs, Memory and Mosfet locations, it's pretty much identical.

am using the same cooler on my gtx 1080 but what worries me is that the modules on the pump side are not getting enough air flow as the fan is blowing on one side of the card only, what i did was i took off the fan and the whole housing leaving only the pump on the board, i installed a Jonsbo VF-1 vga cooler below the card and now the whole card gets air flow and better vrm cooling. i did this because i overclocked my memory and was afraid of it overheating.

@@TechRodent I have alternated between push and pull, as well as mounting the fan in front of or behind the radiator. I also have tried seating the radiator in the front of the case as well as the back. My high temps are a result of a rear exhaust setup, front intake doesn't work any better with my NZXT H510. Man, I just bought & installed a FrostFlow 240x (bigger radiator), Max GPU temp is around 62c during stress test, but what concerns me is the MEMORY Temp would reach 100c !
I just realized that stock cooler is better, it has thermal pads that transfer heat from VRAM, Memory chips to a huge heatsink plate and cooled by fan , thus stock cooler had much lower memory temp compared to bare heatsink on water cooler, although GPU is a bit high on stock but is totally acceptable. There is no reason to worry for GPU running at about 80c MAX (stock), but memory easily reaches 90-100c is really not good (on water cooler).
I tried use pure copper heatsink for the memory chips, not much improvement. had MAX 100c memory, 58c GPU temp after playing Last Epoch for a bout hour.

    - Sapphire Pulse RX 5700XT cooled by FrostFlow 240x

I have this on my 5700 XT, it does a modest job. 120mm rad is alittle small for the TDP of this GPU, under full load it settles around 81c - Hot spot 100-102c, Memory 96-100c. I mainly did this for a ultra quite system. I would recommend this for a smaller TDP card or get the 240mm. But capping my FPS to 60 it stays under 70c, hot spot is about +15c of temp. its a ok solution but not the best.

Junction temp concerns hot spots on the GPU die, but that wouldn't be a problem here, rather if there was bad interface material or poor mounting. Vrm components should be cooked with heatsinks, a good rule of thumb is if the original cooler was contacting it there should be some cooling on it.

Modern Graphics cards don't really run all that hot, I think the difference might not be as big as you're expecting.
Even with a 120mm, the physical limits of the die is reached before any thermal limits and throttling, so the only reason I could see for getting the 240 is if you have the space, and if you like seeing lower temperature numbers.
