Do the cauliflower and broccoli soups still have really small bits after blending? I'm trying to gather safe recipes for a liquid diet for post-oral surgery.
Hi! If your blender is a good blender, it shouldn't. To further make sure that your soup is liquified, steam, boil or otherwise cook the vegetables first so its tender and soft before it is liquified. :) Good luck! Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. :)
Hi! We super love these, too. Food editor Roselle just made cheesy broccoli soup in this way and it's super easy! Hope you try the recipes, too. Thanks for visiting and watching our videos. 😊
Why not add all the spices to the pot and cook so as to draw out all the flavors? Could add some fresh herbs. Sadly it’s the pretty much the same thing with a change of the main vegetable.
Hi! Yes you can, but this is meant to be super simple yet delicious and it is. You can certainly do that if you don't have a blender. :) Thanks for watching our videos. :)
Hi! Yes! See how easy it is to change the flavor of a dish? Think of it as mother sauce with many secondary sauces made using the primary sauce as the base. Add one ingredient, and the flavor is transformed. Add another or a different one, and it once again tastes different. :) Thanks for watching our videos! :)
@@haylspa Well then that's your problem. There are literally tons of other videos to make soup using a blender. Why are you overly criticising this video that's suppose to show a quick and easy way to do it? This shows you the most basic way to prepare it. For someone who is only starting on making soups using blenders, this would be extremely helpful and then later on they can progress to more complicated soups. Simplicity is not equal to laziness and you are just being a stuck-up snob. Not everyone starts as an amazing cook. I mean seriously, the title of the video even say "quick and easy", what were you really expecting? Get of your high horse and check yourself.
@@rooky3526 and it even says different soups when its the same dang soup again and again with changing only 1 ingredient!!! now your calling me names because I see that!!? Grow up!! only person acting like a snob here is you! a spoiled butt hurt one at that, simplistic don't mean the same one again and again, if you ask whats wrong and they tell you, then you use that to attack them Dude you got issues!!!!
