Every baby is different and yours in fact is a wonderful eater! My girl has your girls' appetite but is still getting the hanging of chewing. Letting them practice on a cooled steamed carrot or sliced potato really helps them learn quick! Lol❤

When I had my first born, I was very scared and sceptical about BLW... I guess it came with the fact that he was my FIRST born. I was still trying to figure everything out then. BLW is great IMO. My youngest is now 8 mos old and he eats like your LO.

Hi! 😃 I am not an expert but I will tell you what I did ☺️ In the first month ( from 6months onwards) I introduced solids once a day at the beginning, increasing the amount of food and times a day slowly following your baby’s appetite. For example the first week you start try give baby once a day some of this: a piece of banana, steamed broccoli, sweet potato, carrot, strawberry, cauliflower, (all veggies soft enough that will mush if you press it with your finger to prevent chocking) etc At the begging they will probably do more mess than they will eat but slowly baby will realise that is food and will eat more 😌 With meat you have to make sure is chopped small enough for them to prevent chocking and quiet soft. I started with chicken. Don’t stress too much of how much she/he eats as long as they are having their milk (breast or formula) as normal they will be fine! Ask your health visitor or doctor about it and they will guide you :) Hope it helped a bit 😘✨

Yes she was soo good at baby led weaning but my 3rd one hated the feeling of food in her hands and just didn’t want to feed herself at all so I had to spoon fed her. Now she is 1 she does eat some foods by herself but still have to spoon feed her others. Don’t worry just work with her and be patient it doesn’t matter the way she gets the food in. The important thing is that she is fed 😘👍🏻

Hi! Any solids you give her make sure they are soft enough for you to squish them between your fingers. Instead of give her a big plate maybe give her one piece at at time and let her play/try/experiment with it. slowly introduce more. Babies are really clever trust yourself and let her start try it by herself 😊 I hope it helps 😘
There gums are very hard my little girl is 7 months too, just as long as you cab stab it with a fork and its soft then your fine you'll be supprise whatever they can eat!! Xx

Hi! She didn’t gag at all! They have a very good gag reflex and as long as everything is soft, cut small and easy for them to eat it’s safe 😀👍🏻
