Nice video very detail this will help a lot with building my altezza great work again. What the torque for the oil pan the part that you spray forget the name
I enjoy your videos, knowing what car you’re going to put the engine into. my first car was a 77 Celica GT liftback and Lord do I miss it, but as the old story goes , had to sell it when I got a family. My only comment is I would rather you went to an ASMR format, ditch the cheesy music. just the sound of you working on the engine, working on the car, is more than enough. otherwise, keep up the good work. can’t wait to see her when she’s all done. I outfitted my Celica with a Mustang style hood scoop, and a rear spoiler. I got nothing but compliments about her. back then, there was no Internet to do shopping from. lots of discussion boards, but that was it. so my best friend, was the JC Whitney catalog. today they are a pale shadow of what they were, circled 1990.
Thanks man. Not looking to get anything from posting videos. Just trying to get some connections and show some people what Im doing. It's also nice to look back at things years after. Figured I might loose interest of some with just ASMR. But good info. And Ill switch things up from time to time. Lots more to do. lol.
Imho, some times having the sound of wrenches is good, but montage W/ music adds a bit more professionalism to videos like this, and indicates the passage of time vs just a cut and stuff got done.
Looking good! Can't wait to hear it fire up with the ITB's.
Thank you for these video man, has really helped me in remembering everything to get my motor back together

THE FINGERS!
Almost choked on my lunch there haha
Nice video, but are you sure that you did the head tightening in the correct sequence?
Did you use a hex socket bit for the headstuds or did you get the Toyota 10mm double hex bit socket to torque them down?
used the double hex.
