Id love a video on what you do to set up a Bitz jig to fletch Tac Driver vanes without a wrap, to get good adhesion without pulling ya hair out. Followed all the steps, got my bitz offset and clamp as money as i could. Watched their vids, had the clamp cut to allow no interference with hitting the shaft on my 4mm VAP SS and it was a true battle. Took 3 times as long as any AAE vanes i ever did. Love the design and performance of the vanes but man 3 hrs to get 6 arrows done correctly without coming off
Make sure the primer is dry and the shaft is acetone clean. Also you may need to put a little pressure on the vane with your thumb. All I use is tac vanes
Just probably for people who want to run a 150 gr broad head but keep their FOC in a certain range, also new tests are showing 4 fletch being better for certain set ups, i run a 3 fletch myself
thanks folks a just got into archery and a have a ton of questions and you check the list right there !! awesome ! 🎉
Interesting to see the speed change, never would have thought 8 grains added to the back would account for as much as 3fps slower.
I tried a 4 fletch max stealth with a left helical this year and I like it so far, great fixed blade flight at all distances
Good to hear
Building some arrows with some heat bohning was gonna go to a 4 blade but think im sticking with 3 vane now thanks.
Nice work dude. Not much fluff and to the point good stuff

I've never had issues. What glue do you use?
Your not the only one. I struggled with the tac vanes. I didn't want to but I switched to a wrap and they do stick better.
I run a 4 fletch I just love the way it looks
I'm just curious if you have done any comparison between the 3 and 4 fletch on 23 or bigger series arrows?
4 vane is good for solid broad heads at 40 plus yards
Funny to me that everyone is going to longer vanes these days also
A lot of the shorter vanes are much louder.
So which one you prefer?
3 fletch! Why add more wight to the back of the arrow when 3 fletch has gotten it done for decades?
