    Just got into building my own arrow. I have been looking at videos for a few days and your video is the first I have found that actually explains the knobs and how to actually make degree adjustment on the jig. Exactly what I was looking for thank you.

    Your explanation of using the jig was very informative. One of the best explanation videos I found. You just earned a New subscriber.

    Just bought a Bitzenburger and you answered all my questions for how to get started. Looking forward to building and repairing some arrows I have used over the previous year. Thanks for the clear explanation.

    Might want to mention to realign the arrow nock after twisting it to align cock vane with spine index line on those arrows .
    Good work . I can tell it is a labor of love for you.

    I use a whisker biscuit arrow rest and it is recommended to use no more than 1 degree offset on fletching to prevent excessive drag of the fletching that may slow the arrow down or rip the fletching off.

      That agree with…I’d also say get a drop away!!

    Are you just eyeballing the spine position or is there a spot on the jig you aligned it to?

    • @j2carchery
      @j2carchery  2 місяці тому +1

      I align each arrow the same way so the spine is the same on each fletch

    Can you give a measurement of the 1.5 and 3 degree marks from the centerline for offset?

    What brand of Nock is the black one? Victory? I started shooting the RIP TKOs last season and loved them. Great job on the video! Just got my 1st Bitzenburger in the other day..so I'm about to start fletching my first set of arrows!

      Those are AAE nocks. I like the quality and consistency I get out of them. I appreciate your comment and good luck on your arrows! I’m here is you have any questions 🤙🏻

    Very good instruction video . I picked up a bitz jig a few years ago at a thrift shop for $5 , but it was missing a clamp for it . I bought a used clamp from local pro shop for $20 , and now I’m ready to make some arrows . I like the choice of color combinations in making arrows look cool as heck !
