I believe you was working on the wrong part. The main faucet is suppose to close when you are using the sprayer. The problem is in the main faucet, you probably have little stones in the main faucet mechanism..
On the sprayer nozzle, the tiny holes suround that center piece which is a cap that is removable. Under the cap is a tiny Philips head screw. Careful to plug the drain or you may loose parts during disassembly.
I actually recommend some CLR
I have one jist like yours....mines is actually leaking from the push part of the sprayer...those types do not have a washer...any tips on how can i stop the leaking each time i turn on my Faust??
I know its been 2 yrs since ur comment lol but i have the exact problem u had. Can i ask if u were able to repair it or did u just replace it?
@@bobbyjeancanada4608 yes i replaced it. but if u have a washer by all means try this method first
three years since your comment and the same problem 😂 I just replaced it.
Uh, you need to replace your diverter valve before the sprayer will work properly.
Bug just crawled past your hand. Eww.
It’s part of the job😂😂😂
