    Congratulations on going down a clothing size!!! Those non Scale Victories are so significant!!😃😃😃 I’m so happy for you! Your meals look really appealing. I don’t have a pedometer so I won’t be joining the step challenge but I’ll be cheering you on. I do a 2 mile cardio workout daily, not sure how many step that is. Yes, hydration is a key component to weight loss.
