Love your videos! I totally recommend you getting a Y shaped peeler. It makes peeling tons of veggies so much easier and faster. You’ll never go back to the side peeler. I promise!

Zest the limes and put it in a mason jar with salt in the fridge. Add to it whenever you use a lime. Lime salt is great for adding fresh flavor to tacos, guacamole, tomato sandwiches and lots of other things. You paid for it. I do that with lemons as well and I do grapefruit, orange and tangerine in sugar. It’s great for a tiny sprinkle on top of muffins, and waffles. I like sprinkling my fruit with it over pancakes as well. Just a tiny bit adds brightness.
