More GTA 5 Villains?
Yes
Yes sir
Gta online characters😈
Yes
I think you liked your own comment.
I like that the Pacifist% series is being used as a reference, although there are some pretty insane lengths taken to avoid many of the kills. For instance, mercilessly terrorizing a man in a car for hours until he gets himself run over.
the pacifist route is used as many kills can easily be skipped by the player
@CakesAreNotTruths I know that's why it's used, I just want to draw attention to how ridiculously hard it is to do sometimes because it makes Pacifist% worth checking out.
@@stegomasaurus6737 One quote: "Merryweather fleets here bro."
Funnily enough, that death you described would still count as murder because you're still indirectly forcing a person into the path of the train
@@chrissss696 I guess op was talking about Rocco and his henchman. They had hostile intensions against us and they got killed when they were chasing us.
I would give Michael a manslaughter charge for Jay Norris because he was following Lester's instructions, and Michael didn't know that the device he put in the phone was a bomb (hence his reaction when he dialed the number)
But Lester was planning to kill him with said bomb, and Michael still helped him kill him
how is manslaughter any different from first degree murder?
@@n0m4r22 I looked up on google and the first one that pop up said "Murder is the intentional killing of another person, while manslaughter is the unintentional killing of another. Murder carries the distinction of being planned prior to the crime being committed. Therefore, it is considered a more serious crime and carries a heavier penalty." so there you have it
@@infinity_road I think it’s more accessory to murder than manslaughter then
@@infinity_road thanks
Fun fact: Trevor is the only one of the Three Protagonists who isn’t on the Heroes Wiki.
The fact that any GTA protagonist is in the heroes wiki is insane lmao
@@romantroman6270 All of them are warcriminals [depends on the players moral line]
The only "true" hero character in GTA for me is Niko Bellic cuz he atleast kind of regrets at the end and is heavily implied in both endings of GTA 4 (spoilers btw) that Niko quits the criminal work
@@mrreaper9626 but they still do heroic deeds
@@yankeegaming8580it is hinted in Gta 5 by Jimmy de Santa visiting lifeinvader page that shows Niko and Roman are happily together with Roman's taxi service
2:54 HE DID THE THING
Can't wait to see how many charges Trevor would have
Too many and not enough.
Way to many
Less than Michael prob. Michael is the real sociopath.
The guy gets in trouble with the police even when you DON'T play as him!
Good luck with that.
Trevor would probably bore the jury to death with the number of crimes he has to be charged with, I dont think he could be tried within an entire week
7:45 I believe if you do the alternate Merryweather heist, Michael is supposed to get his pilot's license. Depending on which series of events you consider canonical, he does have a license
Its also grand larceny and domestic terrorism which carries a life sentence at a supermax prison.
Clearly he considers the freighter option canon
One thing to remember that would have been really important for the lawyer's death:
There is a thing called the felony murder rule. If you're committing an inherently dangerous felony, such as reckless endangerment at an airport or whatever that charge would have been, and someone dies during it, you are guilty of murder. Intent or cause doesn't matter, if they die during your crime, it is your murder. So the lawyer would have been a murder charge, no questions asked.
And importantly, this is the law in California. So it would absolutely be the law in Los Santos.
Involuntary manslaughter includes reckless endangerment so it can't be felony murder
Not really
@@coreywilson7326 Oookay, and how is this "not really"?
@@NicoTheCinderace for one Michel never wanted to hurt her he just wanted his film back she was reckless enough to do all that running in cars and on foot

@@GearGuardianGamingBut since this is covering Michael, wouldn’t it be Get The Alimony?
Yes, very fitting!
4:58 Probably would’ve racked up more charges under the following headings
Manslaughter (and probably the most definitive I can think of); despite depiction, ship crews do generally stay aboard a ship, even in a small capacity but a short layover there were defo people aboard other than the merryweather load. It’s very safe to assume anyone in their engine room or below decks got out alive considering there wasnt much evacuation.
Causing a maritime disaster/wreck; They literally sank a massive ship. Someone would have to root through law for something similar to apply from when Schettino got it for the Concordia
Mass pollution; ships leak fuel. It’s no secret and they would both harm the wildlife and cause a serious cleanup, would probably cause a fine rather than jailtime tho.
I'd kinda argue, with the DVAU Pacifist series, is that, he himself when the player is controlling him, doesn't kill anyone... when he is for example playing as Trevor or Franklin along Michael in a mission, Michael can still kill people while the player isn't controlling him, so then it didn't count for the pacifist series... thats one minor flaw here
Huge W shouting out DarkViper's Pacifist series. Honestly some of the best GTA videos on the site.
Such a great series. I subbed to Matt's channel from Pacifist #18.
10:43 The director's death could be ruled as a manslaughter or as a felony murder since her death resulted from Micheal's own dangerous actions.
MICHAEL DE SANTA IS NEARLY 7 FOOT TALL ????? HOW DID YOU DSICOVER THIS MOUSAIT WTF
It’s just the picture
Michael is 6’2
OK why do I keep finding you in the weirdest places.
He is like 5 11
oh damn I haven't seen your channel in a while
2:10 This would be conspiracy to murder because Lester specifically told Michael to carry out the plan for him. If you do Lester, both him and Michael would receive life sentences if they were convicted.
In the private jet mission, where Michael shoots it down. By the time the plane crashes down, both of the pilots died except for the Martin Madrazo grunt that was about to snitch, when then Trevor promptly kills. So in a way, Michael deserves plus two life sentences for killing the two pilots cuz he shoot down the plane.
Now that you covered Michael, you should cover the most popular GTA characters (and characters from other open world crime games) in the future as well.
I would love to see the panic attack of trying to figure out what qualifies as a crime in Sleeping Dogs.
He definitely should cover the main 3 3d gta protagonists
He only doing this for Christmas (de SANTA"
2:17 despite it being planned out and executed i dont know if it would count as first degree murder (at least on Michaels part) since despite carrying out the murder he had no idea that he was going to kill someone
I was shocked when he charged Michael with multiple charges of Grand Theft Auto! There is no way Michael would ever do something like that! Wrongfully charged imo!
When it comes to the Jay Norris situation, Michael should probably get 2nd Degree murder as it was Lester who ordered the hit… and by the sounds of Michael’s reaction, he probably wasn’t expecting that phone to kill Norris.
6:14 monkey mask on franklin is WILD ngl
6:56
You could make the argument that Michael shouldn’t even be charged there since the other guy initiated the fight, not the other way around.
So theoretically, Michael is just attacking out of self defense!

What if famous christmas characters were charged for their crimes. For example:
Buddy Hobbes
Illegal Border Crossing (going from North Pole to U.S without legal passport)
Animal Cruelty (attempted Hug of raccoon)
Harassment (bothering random new yorkers,, including one in a "ginormous" restroom)
More harassment (bothering Jovie as she is attempted to evade him)
Breaking and entering, as well as vandalism (staying at the mall all night and decorating)
Stalking (following Jovie into the women's restroom)
Trespassing (going back into the empire state building after previously been banned)
Multiple counts of Jaywalking
Assult (fight with impostor santa)
Battery (snowball fight scene)
Violating a restraining order
Vandalism (illegally removing tree from central park)
Inciting a riot/ public intoxication (whoops, there it is)
Aiding and abetting/ evading arrest (helping Santa escape central Park rangers)
Probably more, but these are the ones I remember off the top of my head.
"attempted Hug of raccoon" well that's a sentence i never thought i'd hear

3:47 i love how he nuts out blood the dedication on this man
5:50 holup, thats a bit wild there whats going on
Oh damn. I'm scared about the Trevor part
7:46 Michael does canonically have a pilot license
In fact, yes, it can be obtained in preparation for Merryweather Heist, but the operative word is "can". MOUSAIT shows a version of the heist where Michael doesn't need a pilot's license, so that's fine.
Me when I see yet another armed robbery charge: "Ah, that's a classic!"
Please do “If Franklin Clinton & Trevor Phillips were charged for their crimes” as well
Ah hell nah bro really gave Franklin a monkey mask
2:54 "Roll the credits"
If they were charged for my non story line crimes also that would be death sentence in 10 generations 💀
You should do Jim Carry Grinch since his crimes are pretty different from the other Grinches and of that’s not enough for a video add Mike Mryers Cat in the hat
Isn't Michaël literally doing an agent operation in the first mission though, so wouldn't that count as a pardon?
Nah, that one was also off the books on the behest of a corrupt official for corrupt gains
No he is doing this for Davey so davey could be promoted at his job or something. Look at DarkViperAU for more info about it.
The thing with Dave wasn't legit. It was just a conspiracy between the two of them.
The whole time I’m thinking “how do the kills work? DarkViperAU did pacifist. I would’ve used that as a reference” and then you actually did and I just about lost it
Witness protection? For what?! No one was convicted of anything!!
Do Gabriel Agreste next for what he did to poor Adrien Agreste
Let's see how Trevor fairs with his charges....😂
If Grunkle Stan was charged for his crimes
God, its weird watching how explosions in this game normally are after watching so many chaos mod videos
What if the Team Rocket Trio were charged for their crimes?
That video would last about five hours.
Its true you don't think about all the crimes they commited because they're so goofy but all the animal abuse charges would take a while to cover.

Don’t forget the theft, attempted theft, assault and child endangerment charges. And the stalking.
They are still the best characters though.
2:55 Roll credits. Take a shot every time someone in GTA commits the titular crime.
2:55 roll credits!
The second I saw the title, I knew this was gonna be a long video.
Also, We *need* a sequel to this!
Mousait once again releases another great video on a weekend too!
As another commenter named cryptic said this guy could definitly be a lawyer, especially a cartoon character lawyer!
How did bro only get property damage for shooting a plane out of the sky???? That’s terrorism at the most and at the least attempted murder of everyone on board and reckless endangerment of everyone on the ground.
For life invader mission it’s actually unintentional manslaughter because Michael didn’t know that the phone was going to explode
Your version was WAY better than others I've seen..
I recommend changing the video title since it’s only Michael not several villains.
He'll probably do Trevor next
You forgot to add “possession of a firearm”, because only police, military and that sort of stuff are allowed to have firearms.
About the kills: As far as I see this, the two railway workers are just knocked out and don't recieve punches that normally result in death, unless they're unlucky. I'm no expert, but I wouldn't count them (If I'm wrong feel free to correct me)
I am less shocked of Micheal's crimes and more shocked of the fact that he somehow eveded the death penalty
Seems like this guy is able to make videos at a faster pace now
Man, who woulda thought that that bank robber would end up with a pile of armed robbery charges.
7:51-I’d Also Add On *Air Piracy* Due To The Fact That He Stole A Helicopter In My Book
Oh man, there's A LOT of fresh content for you to make with the whole gta series, and i am ready for it, better subscribe now
0:40 didn’t Micah have the rights to use the gun though
Yeah
Well the repo is legal but the way Franklin obtained the car was not so he could use self defense due to Franklin breaking in.
For the jay norris assasination, lester didn't tell micheal what the device was gonna do so i think it could be talked down to something lesser
At 3:19 the assault was completely fair considering Tracy is his daughter and as her father, it’s obvious that Michael feared for his daughter
I don't consider them villans, more like, a bad main characters
Soooo.....you are calling them bad people.....basically villains...? -_-
@@toaryanonicle8270 I don't like to call them villians
@Sahir_Here Why? Because the perspective just so happens to be over their shoulders? Just because the audience/player is viewing from their lens or (litterly) playing from their perspective, it does not make any of these kinds of character's deeds any less evil/wrong/harmful/etc. I mean, we are talking about people who murder, rob, cause destruction, lots of intentional or unintentional suffering, among many more. You can't possibly draw a grey line over that.
Sure, Micheal, Franklin, and even Trevor have good qualities that set them apart from characters like Devon Weston, but the same thing could be said about other characters who are still classified as villains. An example of this would be Mr. Freeze from DC, though his tragic background and desire to save his wife Nora earn him some sympathy and are indeed good qualities, people still categorise and recognise him as a villain, because his evil deeds outweigh his good.
Villain protagonists?

As if any prison can hold them.
That exploding phone would also probably constitute terrorism.
The fact that his fines is more than fucking Devin can count is insane
Of course the crimes are all fine, because he is in witness protection
This is on the low end too, only counting what's required to beat the game even if it's likely they would have had double the life sentences. And that is still on the low end
My suggestion for the next video: If lord regent Hiram Burrows from Dishonored was charged for his crimes.
2:55 :0000 like the song
Now if the normal GTA online player gets charges...oh no...
Seeing you collab with darkviper was very unexpected. But a very welcome surprise. Please cover the other charecters from GTA too. I wanna see what crimes you think franklin committed!
I feel I need to add to the airport stuff, Trespassing on an active runway. Minimum 20 years in prison and a 300 thousand dollar fine, Hazarding the safe operation of an aircraft, depending on time and place that can be a death penalty crime. though the one with the plane landing and taking off is more on the ATC controller who should have ordered a wave off for the landing aircraft and a Return to Gate for the plane that was about to take off.
I was actually kinda hoping for this video lol so thank you
Waited a long time for this video, Thank god its here

In the part where Micheal was in a shootout with a lot of people you could make a claim for self defense because they attacked him first
if it was cops, that claim would get snatched quicker than a cops gun from its holster
Same with the Assault on Lazlow, as he was in the middle of Intercourse without Consent or Coerced Intercourse (Afraid to use the actual word in case I get botbanned) with Tracey and, as her Father, Micheal has the right to defend her by punching Lazlow.
