He quite literally did every terrible crime u can think of! The only thing he didn’t do was mass genocide at once but then again.. he sure got damn close to it 💀
What's even scarier about all this is the fact that there's basically no evidence for most of it. All of Gus's guys are dead so they can't give testimony, there's no physical recordings of what happened in the lab or elsewhere, no one can be taken as a creditable witness, and he left practically no evidence that he was there at all. It's impressive.
A life sentence isn't actually the entirety of a life. A federal life sentence is 35 years. So 26 life sentences would have been roughly 11-13 lifetimes. Still impressive nonetheless. Walt would've still spent the rest of his life behind bars cancer aside.
I like how not only would Walter have to die and come back to life 17 times, live a lifetime about 5x the average lifetime, and pays hundreds of thousands of dollars, with all of that he still has to do community service. Poor Walt.
@@redacted3876 yes, he was just assaulting, battering, killing, kidnapping, selling drugs, and long list of other things. He really just had a 1 year sentence for all these minor and tiny crimes

What about the money laundering? Poisoning lydia? Threatening and coercing her to call Hank about the tracker? Smoking weed in a non-legalized state? There seems to he a lot more that we could’ve added onto his sentence. Great video though!
Depending on how much Walt laundered it for sure be 500k+ fine with maybe 5-10 years. Like someone else said Lydia being poisoned is probably part of the x8 murder. Idrk about the threating and coercing so maybe just what the normal charge is for that. Smoking weed in a non legalized state is a fine 1k or one year in prison, maybe a year of community service if lucky. So walts total charged with this would be (with the minimum) 18 life, 408 years, 162k fine, with 2 years of community service
There’s more! 1.When hank finds their RV van, jesse and walt are inside, and walt calls saul to have his secretary call hank saying marie had an accident. 2. Walt and jesse go inside private property to cook meth (the ddt houses) 3. He records that DVD lying that hank was guilty. 4. When he gets naked in the grocery store he’s pretending to be crazy to escape. 5. He follows mike to a pub and asks him to set gus in a room, to kill gus. 6. So many more things Saul did in his behalf should probably be counted. 7. He lies a lot, many times to hank, also about not having a 2nd cell phone… there are probably crimes there. Bonus: First scene, aren’t those flying pants littering?! 😅
The ironic thing is like Walt says to Hank. Due to his cancer and the amount of time it would take to procure evidence as well as charge him, Walt would never see the inside of a jail cell. He would be far too sick and would likely would not be charged in time by the prosecution. You also forgot to include that he laundered all of that money first through Walt Jr. website and also his car wash. While Skyla did most of it, Walt would be charged with conspiracy or money laundering himself.
@@DougStuff99 no i think you do. if you know CPR and you choose to not use it to save someone and avertedly they die bc no one helped, you can be charged I believe.
Things may work different in the UK, but here in the US, none of Walters murders would be considered self-defense, because they were committed in the commission of crimes. So, Emilio and Crazy 8's deaths would be manslaughter.
@@mtndewisawesome3951 that doesn’t make it self defense though. They have to be actively threatening you. In America, you could be charged with assault or murder for attacking someone if they’re running away, even if they tried to kill you first. Not saying I agree with the US self defense laws, but it basically has to be a very clear threat of bodily harm. Domingo was 100% incapacitated here, and the legal thing to do would be to turn him into the cops
Walt killing Jacks crew could have been labeled as self defense, considering they were planning to kill him. Also vigilantism because Walt saved Jesse from being enslaved and tortured.
It's not self defense. It was premeditated murder. He was planning on killing Jack and his crew for months. He went to Jacks compound with the intent to murder him and his crew. He ways also planning on murderering Jesse however he changed his mind because he saw a badly abused Jesse and felt sympathy for him again.
It isn't self defensive if you've planned an attack preemptively and deliberately put yourself in a situation where you can reasonably expect the need to rely on deadly force against another person (or persons) to save yourself from bodily harm. If I come to you with a gun and trick you into threatening me so I have a pretext for shooting you with it, then it's not self defense. That's a bad faith argument. The amount of effort it takes to engineer a weapon like the mounted gun in the trunk shows it's clearly premeditated. The attack was not in response to an unforeseen danger. I'm not a lawyer or anything obviously but I read up on this once after reading about a man who went to prison for booby trapping his own property rather than contacting the law when he knew someone was intending to break into his property. Pretty fascinating subject matter actually.
1. Walter drove to THEIR house and rigged an M60 to kill them all, so the intentions mean nothing. It's premeditated first degree murder of several people. 2. Walter is the one who put Jesse in that situation in the first place, so the human trafficking and enslavement is equally his to blame. Y'all know you don't have to make Walt the good guy all the time, right?
Most of the characters in the show have done stuff that would put them in jail. It's just their crimes either weren't found out and/or no one pressed charges so they didn't go to jail for it For example, Hank would've gone to jail but Jesse didn't press charges. Skyler would've gone to jail if Walter didn't make it seem like she was forced(by him) to commit tax evasion for him. Hell, even Walter Jr could've gone to juvie for attempting to buy alcohol illegally
@@David-gj9qr Well, I’m sure that owner of Pollos Hermanos is clean. There’s no way kindly entrepreneur Gus Fring would ever just mixed up with drug dealing!
@@David-gj9qr I didn't know you could go to juvie for "trying" to buy alcohol. 😖 Wow, the many times I bought cigarettes at a low down country store at 10 years old got me thanking the Lord!
Jesse getting turned in then could actually be the best outcome. Jesse wouldn’t have anything serious and they wouldn’t have any good evidence against him. He would maybe get a short jail sentence and then would continue his bum life.
I'm so glad this show ended at the right point. If this was made by anybody else you know it would've dragged on for like 10 more seasons with an entire arc about Walt being tried in court and plotting his escape 😭
There's a really good Breaking Bad talk with Vince Gilligan where he talks about that here on YT. He says that he and the other writers wanted it to end the right way and that he was happy the network went along with their recommendation. He said the network only had just started making real money in S4 onwards so they weren't big on it but they figured it was right to go along with Gilligan and the production crew.
Honestly i wouldnt have minded more, like maybe walt does get that sentence and uses his genius to get out then hes on like the worlds most wanted list and stuff, I understand ending it the way they did tho, but if they did add more, i dont think anyone woulda minded, vince and peter are clearly amazing directors, they woulda made the continuing seasons just as good
The only time I wanted to see walt come back was at the end of El Camino I thought it would be cool for jessie to go to a diner and it cut to a plate with the bacon for whichever birthday it is for walt
@@ZaZaZadAr That'd be beautiful. Like Jesse's still pissed at him for everything he put him through but decides to throw at least one last tribute for him.
To be honest, Walter has become the very thing that is known as a super-villain, he has ruined his family and friends' lives, to the point that they don't trust him anymore, hate him for the rest of their lives , and some of them are dead by Walter's hands. He basically ruined everyone and himself, just for his pride and ego. If he have treated his cancer properly, he might have not become such a heavy sinner and an A Class fugitive.
@chrisxuan4641 exactly right, Breaking bad is a tv show where the villains are protagonists. For Walter's family did not feel comfy with him around anymore, this is because he committed assault and battery to his wife, family abduction on his daughter, and attempted impersonation and money transfer for his son. He even cause the death of his brother-in-law by luring the Neo-Nazi leader in to kill him, leaving Walter's sister-in-law without a spouse for the rest of her life. That's mentally absurd, watching a man change from loving fam to remoreseless killer.
@@yewjiaxiansam1962 he didn't assault his wife at any point albeit she was the one who picked up knife at him, abduction was to make police believe that all fault was his( form of protection), asked neocnazis to not come as soon as he saw hank his whole anger was on jessie only, he was willing to give up all 80M for him, attempted impersonation(?) what's bad in it if it harms no one?. He was a bad person surrounded by bad people but he never tried to hurt his family. Dunno why are you talking like he wanted all of this

It's worth noting that the conspiracy and solicitation for murder charges should be upped for Walter in the deaths of Hank and Gomez as they were federal agents making it a higher crime to assassinate them that's why Saul got so much time for his involvement in their deaths.
He never solicits their death. He called the gang to come to his place and the gang killed Gomez by their own and then Walter tries to prevent Hanks death
@@diegomolina4767 Yeah, good luck convincing a jury that he didn't intend for the gang that he already paid to murder like a dozen witnesses to come and kill Jesse and whoever was with Jesse. Only reason Walter tried to stop them was because he found out his brother in law was one of the people with Jesse.
The only reason Saul was considered to be involved in their deaths was because Walter lied and admitted to be the one who killed them while the police listened in on a call to Skyler
You forgot some stuff, such as Walter stealing the car (which would be considered Grand Theft Auto) at the beginning of the series finale, sexually assaulting Skyler, breaking and entering into Jesse's apartment, poisoning Lydia, and other things.
You forgot to mention he illegally bought an M60, sexually assaulted a teacher or principal named Carmen (I don’t remember) and his own wife at some point and assaulted and threatened Saul.
I was in an English class, and we were told to write an essay about a fictional hero, and what made them a hero. One kid wrote about Link, the Hero of Time, and I even helped proofread his essay. The teacher *_refused to accept it_* because "video games didn't count." The highest-marking essay from that assignment in the class was about *_Walter F-king White._* We went to the principal about it, but we got brushed off and the kid was stuck with 0% because he wrote about a hero the teacher didn't know and didn't want to learn about, while the kid who wrote about a *_legitimate VILLAIN_* walked away with 92%. For an assignment that was supposed to be about heroes.
I think Saul's "$52,000" figure for Walt's "joyride" was the cost of the fine *and* the cost of the car, so only the $8600 explicitly listed by Saul would be fines (5k for the trash burning, 600 for towing and disposal, and 3k to clean the asphalt)
Self Defence only counts if it's in the heat of the moment & you have no other choice, running away is not an option nor disarming the attacker. In this situation, Walter had the choice to run away & therefore would still be charged.
@Cooper Hurst It was 100% self defence. Sure, Walter could've killed him from day 1, but that's not the man Walter is, well was. He was even going to let him go until he realised he would've been killed by him. And if he let him starve there, it's likely a neighbour or someone would've heard him screaming and he would've been rescued, therefore putting Walter's life in danger.
@wesleyward5901 At any point he could have called the cops and turned the guy (and himself) in, thus the killing was not justified. Pre-emptive killing because you fear someone _might_ kill you is not self defense. It's just murder with an excuse.
10:44 all these crimes being committed by Walter White and thousands of lives ruined could've been simply avoided, if Hank hadn't turned on the TV on Walt's birthday.
Also, after killing Gus he led his own organised crime organization with Jesse and Mike. Surely it would be another charge for him. Escaping the justice under false identity should be one as well. And you didn't count the meth he cooked before he started working for Gus or killing Lydia. Also also, I'd make the case that he shouldn't be charged with the knife incident with Skylar as she was the one who attacked him in the first place.
0:20 New Mexico doesn't require a permit to own or posses a handgun, nor does the state law require registration of firearms. As Walter White is above the age of 21 which is the federal minimum age to possess a handgun, the possession of the gun in this case is legal. However, the argument could be made that since it isn't his gun, and instead the gun belonging to those other guys (whose names I do not remember) he could be charged with the use of a stolen firearm. also: some, but not all counties in NM have passed local ordnances forbidding the discharge of firearms outside of gun ranges, depending on what county this scene takes place in, or if he's on federal land, a charge for illegal discharge may or may not apply. edit: Additionally: Walter's use of the M60 machine gun in the last episode is illegal as to possess an NFA item such as a machine gun requires A WHOLE BUNCH of paperwork as well as paying a $200 dollar tax to the A.T.F
I can't believe I waited this long to watch this series. It's one of the best TV shows I've ever watched. I literally just finished it a month or two ago.
If you haven't already, watch El Camino and Better Call Saul. Both great additions to the world of Breaking Bad which build on and contextualise the world more, and make repeat viewings of Breaking Bad even better
Same. I watched after better call saul because it takes Alooooooot for me to be invested in modern u.s. media plus I waited for it to be over before I decided to watch out of fear it would turn into a walking dead, game of thrones, or any new cw Disney and Netflix project. Thankfully the worst that's ever happened to this franchise is a forgettable short bus bait cartoon that feels like it came out the tail end of the 00s.
Two that I can think of that were missed was the murder of emilio (though you might be able to chalk that up to self defense, or an "accident"). The second is him poisoning lydia, which no matter what way you look at it, he would be charged with it.
@@itsyaboi525 The woman who falsely accused Walter of murdering Hank and swung a knife at her unarmed husband? Yeah I can't imagine why anyone would think she's a bad person. Sad world indeed
There is a whole dirty laundry list of all the awful things she's done throughout the series. But you've seen the show. And it sounds like you may have watched it recently, so those should all be fresh in your mind. And if you're just going to imply that I'm simply misremembering the events at hand, then you've already made up your mind about her and there's no convincing you otherwise. I won't accomplish anything by going into the nitty gritty details of whether she's at fault for Ted ending up disabled, or the moral implications of letting your little sister think you had absolutely no role to play in her husband's untimely demise. We'll ignore her little idea about paying Hank's medical bills with drug money too because we certainly wouldn't want that and its consequences in Season 5 to be taken out of context, right? All I will say is she and Walt are a match made in hell and Walter's greatest crime was convincing the police and a large chunk of the Breaking Bad audience that Skyler was a victim and not every bit the selfish, manipulative, trash human being and criminal she was shown to be. It will forever baffle me that the writers deliberately chose to write her this way, but they can't seem to wrap their heads around why she was so despised at the time
At some point you lose awareness of your crimes and continue to do them until you get caught. With Walt, it was a bubble building up inside him until that call he had to his money spot with Jesse.
I would like to add, as someone very versed in Firearm Law and Ethics, at 9:45 Walter would have also been charged with Unlawful Possession of a Machine Gun/NFA (National Firearms Act) Item, which would have likely landed him 10 years in Federal prison on top of all of those Murder charges, along with a hefty fine. As well as unlawful transport of an NFA Item without Licensure since, iirc he bought the M-60 Machine Gun used in the Episode in another state, but I could remember wrong. Just thought I would put that out there. Machine Gun = Any Firearm that shoots in a Fully Automatic manner (1 trigger pull = Multiple Rounds fired at once until the Trigger pull is stopped or the Firearm runs out of Ammunition) Semi-Automatic Rifle/Handgun = (Legal to own without Federal Firearms Licenses, 1 trigger pull = 1 projectile per pull)
Not to mention the state of New mexico doesn't require a firearm license for possession or acquisition for any non NFA firearms and therefore the charge mentioned at 0:22 seconds doesn't apply. Also since they are literally in the middle of the desert, there's no way he'd get charged with simply discharging a firearm out there.
I think first degree murder usually results in a default sentence of life without parole, and it was always used in MOUSAIT videos to charge first degree murder. The death penalty CAN happen for first-degree murder but it doesn’t happen ALL the time.
It DID when the series first started. The show is set in 2008 but New Mexico got rid of the death penalty in 2009. So depending on WHEN Walt was charged, he could have been given the death sentence, but would very likely have been granted clemency since there's like a 90% chance he would still be awaiting his sentence when the law was changed, unless the state tried to rush the execution.
Umm, since he produced an enormous quantity of meth and murder several people in relation with this activity, he would be eventually tried by federal court and get a death penalty
How about these: 1. When hank finds their RV van, jesse and walt are inside, and walt calls saul to have his secretary call hank saying marie had an accident. 😅
9:59 i love how you calculate how many meth walter make when he is working for gus and the value in such detailed way just to say "yeah he is making too much meth, give him a life sentence" in the end
I feel like the murder of the two henchmen that killed the kid (was it Brock or was that the other one?) would be 2nd degree murder because they were clearly about to kill Jesse so he acted not premeditated but to save Jesse.
Or it could be defense of a 3rd person which would save him from any charges from running those guys over, just depends on whether or not New Mexico has that as a legal defense
I love how you made him an absolute giant in the thumbnail. Bros chest up is like 7ft. I wonder how tall he'd be if the scale was at his feet. Gotta be at least 15ft tall
In New Mexico (I live there), you don't need a permit to own a firearm, plus he discharged it outside of city limits. No crimes were broken in that instance.
@@ericlestick7325 idk? Cause many people are psychotic nutjobs and giving a weapon that can kill people so easily is stupid? The 2nd amendment was a mistake
In the breaking and entering section you forgot the part where Walt didn't just break and enter but also stole a vat of methylamine, which I think might even qualify as grand larceny. Also the ricin part was conspiracy to commit murder, not just possession of ricin, and I very much doubt that Walt would only be charged 8 years for possession of ricin and no conspiracy to commit murder charge in that scenario in real life.
I mean, the guy who bought it from the dark web probably had the intention to kill someone too, I don't see any other reasons as to why someone would buy ricin from the dark web besides that, and he only got 8 years, at least Walter could try to find an excuse for producing ricin, or even argument that he wasn't producing ricin at all, that he was just making something else and that the process is similar, idk. Ricin isn't that hard to make, I can't imagine Walter getting sentenced to 8 years for "buying a suspicios amount of fruits", some fruits contain ricin.
Missed a few crimes still, like meth production in Ep1, and the production of a controlled and dangerous substance (fulminated mercury). Few other things like that. Sure he gets the main crimes like USING the contraband products and assaulting/killing others, but there's a few logistical crimes like production and acquisition that lead up to the main crimes. Maybe the prosecution wouldn't bother going for smaller charges when the big ticket ones are easier to prove and convict on, but if they wanted to bury Walt in charges they absolutely have more minor crimes to lump him with. Additionally, doesn't include the pre-Gus meth production and distribution charges, the possession of several other illegal firearms (notably the automated and likely illegally modified machine gun), attempted rape of Skyler, sexual assault of Carmen at the high school, breaking and entering into Jesse's apartment (possibly something like wilful negligence for letting Jane die?) intentionally causing a crash to divert Hank (reckless driving, which he's also done frequently throughout the show). There's probably also conspiracy charges for being an accomplice to other murders and crimes (such as helping Todd hide Drew Sharp's body after killing him to conceal another crime), the murder of Lydia via ricin, stealing the car in New Hampshire, helping Mike dissolve Victor's body and other corpses in acid barrels (also including Mike's body later). His involvement in the deaths of Hank and Gomie (two FEDERAL OFFICERS) is iffy as he prompted the shootout and ultimately escaped police custody, but also wasn't aware Hank and Gomie would be there (so he intended for the Neo-Nazis to kill Jesse I guess, but is still likely culpable for them killing Hank and Gomie regardless). Although it wasn't true (greatly exaggerated to spare Skyler criminal charges), Walt would also get coercion, harassment and possibly imprisonment(?) charges for the crimes he "admittted to" over the phone, taking culpability for Skyler's misdeeds as being under threat by Walt.
I actually believe that Walter would still be charged for the death of Krazy8 He could’ve told the police about Krazy8 & had them free him meaning that it wasn’t self-defence. Self Defence only counts if it's in the heat of the moment & you have no other choice, running away is not an option nor disarming the attacker. In this situation, Walter had the choice to run away & therefore would still be charged.
a little add-on:in the epidose FELINA,the weapon that walt used to kill jack and his crew is actually a military weapon (which was confirmed in El Camino).i dont know what could this add to his sentence tho,i would be happy to know
Possession of an unregistered NFA weapon in the US is a felony charge of at least 10 years. Though he wouldn't get arrested or charged for having the pistol in the beginning idk why he gave him 3 years the US has the second amendment.
1:47 You could've added Public Endangerment since by putting a explosive in a building and knowing the glass had a chance to injure or kill someone, it could be said that he was intentionally risking several lives for his own gain.
Why yell glorifying a fake criminal, are you some woke bullspits the democrats want you to comment on this videos,of course you are, we need to stop the woke and The coke, GO BROKE GO WOKE!

4. When he gets naked in the grocery store he’s pretending to be crazy to escape.
5. He follows mike to a pub and asks him to set gus in a room, to kill gus.
6. So many more things Saul did in his behalf should probably be counted.

He ways also planning on murderering Jesse however he changed his mind because he saw a badly abused Jesse and felt sympathy for him again.
maybe before but at that stage walt was long gone and came all the way back to find and kill them even though he was no longer in danger from them
It isn't self defensive if you've planned an attack preemptively and deliberately put yourself in a situation where you can reasonably expect the need to rely on deadly force against another person (or persons) to save yourself from bodily harm.

It's just their crimes either weren't found out and/or no one pressed charges so they didn't go to jail for it
For example, Hank would've gone to jail but Jesse didn't press charges. Skyler would've gone to jail if Walter didn't make it seem like she was forced(by him) to commit tax evasion for him. Hell, even Walter Jr could've gone to juvie for attempting to buy alcohol illegally

@chrisxuan4641 exactly right, Breaking bad is a tv show where the villains are protagonists. @wesleyward5901 At any point he could have called the cops and turned the guy (and himself) in, thus the killing was not justified. Pre-emptive killing because you fear someone _might_ kill you is not self defense. It's just murder with an excuse.

3:39 doesn't count as bribing a public official when he does this. saul is running a private law firm, so it's just regular bribery
Machine Gun = Any Firearm that shoots in a Fully Automatic manner (1 trigger pull = Multiple Rounds fired at once until the Trigger pull is stopped or the Firearm runs out of Ammunition)
Semi-Automatic Rifle/Handgun = (Legal to own without Federal Firearms Licenses, 1 trigger pull = 1 projectile per pull)
If your shocked that Walter white didn’t get a death sentence for the murder, then it’s because New Mexico does not have a death penalty
I think first degree murder usually results in a default sentence of life without parole, and it was always used in MOUSAIT videos to charge first degree murder. The death penalty CAN happen for first-degree murder but it doesn’t happen ALL the time.
Well you don't need a license either yet he claimed he would be charged.
Does this guy know the US has a second amendment?
It DID when the series first started. The show is set in 2008 but New Mexico got rid of the death penalty in 2009. So depending on WHEN Walt was charged, he could have been given the death sentence, but would very likely have been granted clemency since there's like a 90% chance he would still be awaiting his sentence when the law was changed, unless the state tried to rush the execution.
Pretty sure Walt would have been federally tried in court which would have the possibility of death.
Umm, since he produced an enormous quantity of meth and murder several people in relation with this activity, he would be eventually tried by federal court and get a death penalty

Saul: your honor, my client was just doing some trolling
Finally, the definitive version of the crimes Walter White committed.

You forgot to include Walt commanding Jesse to kill Gale, so, one more murder order to the list.
a little add-on:in the epidose FELINA,the weapon that walt used to kill jack and his crew is actually a military weapon (which was confirmed in El Camino).i dont know what could this add to his sentence tho,i would be happy to know
Possession of an unregistered NFA weapon in the US is a felony charge of at least 10 years.
Though he wouldn't get arrested or charged for having the pistol in the beginning idk why he gave him 3 years the US has the second amendment.
9:55 You forgot to play the sound effect
1:16 bro is literally saul goodman
1:47 You could've added Public Endangerment since by putting a explosive in a building and knowing the glass had a chance to injure or kill someone, it could be said that he was intentionally risking several lives for his own gain.
8:07 you missed the disposal of the child's body after Todd shot him.
That slow motion of the Gun being held is a good example of a Prop Gun secured to a pole or rig device of some sort.
2:10 smooth transition to a sponsor my guy
Holy shit I’d always hoped you’d make one of these for Breaking Bad, but I never thought you’d actually do it. Love it and can’t wait for more!!
6:51 I love how Jessie is the one concerned
walter will be the oldest person known to man by the time he's released
Love the character of Walter White. The most well written, brilliant character ever created for television.
Me too and agreed.
you are gad damn right
Why yell glorifying a fake criminal, are you some woke bullspits the democrats want you to comment on this videos,of course you are, we need to stop the woke and The coke, GO BROKE GO WOKE!
6:33 The $52K included the cost of the car. It was $8,600 fines.
I guess the question has to be asked: how much would Saul be able to reduce it? haha
Your honor my client did nothing wrong
He just had some gamer moments and was Based the entire time
So I say 3 months of community service
You can’t forget blackmail/extortion, in the pilot episode, he threatened to turn Jesse Pinkman in if he didn’t cook meth with him
0:30 New Mexico does not require a permit to possess firearms (US Constitution, Amd. 2b.) Also, discharge technically is permitted when outside of city limits or farther than 1 mile.
You should charge Jigsaw or Ghostface next for their crimes.
For ghostface, he should charge the people who took the identity of ghostface including the accomplices
@@shotpack8374 They all ended up dead so Judge Mousait may combine all those charges together with Roger L Jackson (The voice of Ghostface) standing Trial.
wdym charge jigsaw 💀
@@shotpack8374 true
@@TheProphetLot Detective Matthews said that although Jigsaw never killed anyone, tricking someone into accidentally shooting themselves in the face is still murder or something like that.
6:06 no, it's only 8500. Five grand for trash burning, 500 for towing and disposal, three grand to steam clean the blacktop. The rest of the money is the price of the car, and if I remember correctly buying a car is not illegal. You should have only added $8,500
8:58 totally not like she pulled the knife
all the time i was thinking "where's the charges of conspiracy to manufacture, manufacturing, possession and distribution of illegal substances?"
you forgot walt not helping jane when she was choking to death
I like how he didnt even include all the meth cooking from prior to gus and he still got that sentence
8:16 this is voluntary manslaughter
Voluntary manslaughter is 2nd degree murder.
I liked the seamless transition to the the manscaped advert.
1:27 should also be reckless endangerment if we’re being honest, causing a fire at a gas station is endangering the lives of everyone there and nearby
you should do this with other films where main characters constantly break the law. Maybe Indiana Jones, Star Wars if it was earth, Avatar etc.
Unless that M60 was a pre-86 transferable, Walt could've also gotten possession of an unregistered NFA item. 10 years.
At 4:37 you can argue that it was protection of third party, since it was obvious they were going to kill Jesse.
