    This is literally a merciless workout.. not for faint hearted people.. gives you extreme burn.. only advance level athletes can do this.. aah.. feeling so fresh after this workout :)

    Your routine is fantastic it is challenging yet it isn’t too complicated in moves and you move around the entire body in 30 minutes. Other youtubers I follow make the moves so complicated for HIIT and stay in one muscle group for too long. Your is intense but has balance. Thanks a ton for sharing this!

    This is an excellent 30min HIIT, while it certainly is achievable for most levels it is rather deceptive. I do alot of HIIT and normally its flat out, while this is more steady I was amazed to see that the max heart rate was exactly the same as what I would be in other HIITs approx 158 but the calorie burn was much higher approx 294. This HIIT also contains a lot of ABs which some don't and still the burn is high. Definitely well worth a try, and certainly a high quality, well put together 30 mins which I really enjoyed.       Glad you pointed that out. I am super analytical and like to know which workouts burn more calories. The steady state HIIT always give me better output results vs. short bursts, especially when using weights. Appreciate the feedback and thanks for following along.

    Have done a few of Dan's core workouts, thought it was about time I tried out a cardio one! 30 mins later and almost 300 calories burned and I'm set up for the day now. A really great mix of fat burn and cardio, which is perfect for me.
    Great to finally find some brilliant workouts by men and for men. Love the fact that you include details of all exercises on the front page so you can see what's coming up and the percentage bar is a nice touch too.
    Russian bicycles were a great combination, really enjoyed the crab tucks too.
    Thanks Dan, you're my go-to for workouts now!

    I had a 14 week fire academy I found your channel and told myself I can do 30 to 45 min workout no problem so every mon- Fri for 14 weeks between academy and studying I would do one of these workouts. It helped keep me in shape and I added some new work outs to my rotation I still do these hiits when it’s raining out.

    Hello Dan, I've been following your work outs since a couple of years and I keep coming back to them. Normally I exercise twice a week with the help of your videos. Thanks for the excellent work. This one is a hard one, 15 sec of rest is really ... short. 😝. This new exercise of reversed crunch leg is nice too. Moreover I notice that your have a martial art background, this upgrades your workouts. Keep up the good work. Greatings from Belgium.

    Great ending finishing with the cardio. If I ever think I’m slacking I just try to keep your pace then I know I’m doing OK 😆. The no repeat workout’s are 🔥. Hats off to you once again Dan!

    Awesome HIIT Training, I love it, I hate HIIT with too much jump as they are too stressful on joint when you are overweight like me.
