After sitting and standing statically at my job all day, boy, does this make me feel alive again!!! Great job, I do the HIIT as cardio to mix with my strength training. Keep up the great content y’all!
Your routine is fantastic it is challenging yet it isn’t too complicated in moves and you move around the entire body in 30 minutes. Other youtubers I follow make the moves so complicated for HIIT and stay in one muscle group for too long. Your is intense but has balance. Thanks a ton for sharing this!
This is an excellent 30min HIIT, while it certainly is achievable for most levels it is rather deceptive. I do alot of HIIT and normally its flat out, while this is more steady I was amazed to see that the max heart rate was exactly the same as what I would be in other HIITs approx 158 but the calorie burn was much higher approx 294. This HIIT also contains a lot of ABs which some don't and still the burn is high. Definitely well worth a try, and certainly a high quality, well put together 30 mins which I really enjoyed. I had a 14 week fire academy I found your channel and told myself I can do 30 to 45 min workout no problem so every mon- Fri for 14 weeks between academy and studying I would do one of these workouts. It helped keep me in shape and I added some new work outs to my rotation I still do these hiits when it’s raining out.

This one is a hard one, 15 sec of rest is really ... short. 😝. This new exercise of reversed crunch leg is nice too. Awesome HIIT Training, I love it, I hate HIIT with too much jump as they are too stressful on joint when you are overweight like me. But this training is just perfect, I just give thumbs up, subscribed, and save this video for later. I can’t wait to go more in-depth in your UA-cam channel.
