Yeah, so basically, it's not just skin/collagen production that makes a face appear older and younger! For example, a 40 year old who has great skin will still appear older than a 14 year old who has very bad skin! Bones and muscles and fat also play a massive role in perceiving someone's age and stuff!!!!
