@@fooo2241 why, can you measure "talent"? And how do you do that? It's all subjective! Of course there are a lot of "objective" factors which contribute, longetivity, image, etc. And creativity, originality and the music itself are also important. I see so many of these lists but I never see Blackie Lawless. I’ve never heard another singer with the rasp that he has. His voice is so distinct and one of a kind. Is this a popularity contest...I guess it is, otherwise Klaus Meine would have to be here (in his prime he'd have to be considered near the top). It's Greatest metal vocalists, right? Peter Steele has to be included too. Geoff Tate should probably be #1, but he didn't have the longevity as compared to some of the others. Others that weren't included could probably take over some of the top spots...Ian Gillan, Devin Townsend, Maynard James Keenan. Is Mike Patton a metal singer? (probably considered alternative/rock, hard rock?)
I suppose you could make another list for the screamer, growler singers too! There are too many styles to consider to make a general top ten list. If this is the great singers...then it definitely misses the mark.

I think it's a nice list! The top 3 is pretty obvious - to be honest the vote wouldn't have any credibility if not they are on the top 😉. I'm pleasantly surprised by the high rank of Chuck and especially Lemmy, who were damn good and special in what they did 👍. I was also pleasantly surprised by the high rank of Kiske, since I think the German musicians are often underappreciated in the Anglo-Saxon world. As the matter of fact, other German singers, like Udo, Kai, Mille or Ralf are the ones who I think are missing - but this list is a subjective public opinion, so you can't really argue with it. 🙂
