Doha International Airport is a modern, spacious, well-designed and luxurious airport and overall among the best in the world... however it is not THE best. That title belongs to Singapore Changi by a huge margin.
I have transited through this airport but I did not all this, the lounge etc. :( if I remember, there was only 1 floor and I got so bored during my 8 hour layoff.
Just wondering why is it no.1? Esp the basement gates for bus trf to the aircraft, the area looks messy, dont give the feel you are in a no.1 airport. However, I do have good experience with Qatar Air, pleasant flight

Was a great airport but the coaching to plane let it down when people pushing past my kids to get on bus that half empty for first class passages only was not very well done at all. Apart from that the airport and flying with Qatar was very enjoyable with two young children.
Seriously this ad got me irritated within 1 min. Took over 6 mins for me to learn which airport this is and even then you only spoke of it once. This is a rookie’s ad project. Really not impressed with the ad.

The whole place was incredibly boring. Our flight was delayed, and the staff communication was poor and unfriendly. The new area was also disappointing; it felt like a poor imitation of Changi Jewel, with scattered plants and a water feature you call a waterfall. There are many airports far better than HIA. I would avoid it if I have to transit in the Middle East again.
I ❤️ Qatar 🇶🇦 Airways, and it's my preferred airline !! However, since Qatar 🇶🇦 Airways changed ground service agents at Heathrow and Gatwick, the quality of customer service has gone down significantly. At both LHR and LGW, the ground handling staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and without professional ethics. And, their uniform standards are far below the low-cost carriers, especially at LHR. The airline 🇶🇦 needs to look into these issues.

Best airport in the world? This place must have the shittiest public Wifi around. The signal is weak and unstable, the VPN cannot be accessed. In today's day and age, how can such a nice airport have such poor internet availability?

Very small terminal with not enough gates to accommodate planes so they are parked in tarmac and they transport passengers through bus. Buses don’t have AC and in summer you get boiled travelling in the bus to the plane. I hate this airport

HIA truly the best actually....even the staff all amazing....they hv very high standards of customer service
This looks like it was 100% inspired by Changi Airport but I would say it looks like an upgraded Changi airport! Congrats Doha!
