I stayed up to 26 days in qatar, and i can tell it is one of the most friendly . in the Gulf region. The country is well built ,managed, and secured . It is family centric, and special considerations are given to families even in trains, buses, and tramps . I love to go back soon, but this time, permanently . I miss the evening metro tea and the generosity of the qatari . May Almighty Allah continue to bless the country and their visionary leaders .

I worked in the top oil and gas industry in Qatar from 2007-2010. Salaries were the juiciest ranging from $2,200 to $3,020 then. Recently visited Doha with family, daughter loved it! So, she asked if we could move there for a few years. If the right opportunity arises, I'd consider moving there. I assured her.

If these Qataris or the Saud family was in charge of Africa, the place would look exactly like this video, all these places were built in less than 50 years, Africa has had resources since the beginning of time and some places don't even street lights, they don't even have train stations in 2023. The problem with Africa is the management and leadership, they rather keep the money buried in the walls of their houses than to build something. These Arab people are doing it right, the oil will soon run out, so why not build the most amazing things you can build.

I love Qatar. I lived there for a year, and worked there as a contractor for the military. I stay in a huge villa, right across from their soccer stadium and huge mall, just outside of city center. I was like 15 minutes from downtown. I enjoyed every day out there.

Great video. I lived there for 4.5 years. Correction to the speed of the peregrine falcon. You mentioned 200 meters per hour. It's actually 200 miles per hour or 320 kilometers per hour.

They have their collective heads so high up Nigerian citizens’ rear end whenever we express our opinions.
I heard the foreign multinational companies are laying off their Nigerian staff and leaving the country. Nigeria’s currency is losing value and nearly worthless. Hopefully, our demented walking corpse, drug pusher will enact some policies….blah blah blah… never mind!

Great video steve. Jean nouvel also designed The louvre Abu Dhabi in the UAE. One of the best french architect. You should have mentioned that Qatar refused to join the formation of United Arab Emirates in 1971 they decided to remain independent. Look at them now they are doing very well , very rich in oil ans gas, very successful nation. Also if you buy a property in Qatar worth 730,000 qatari riyal you get residency but only in designated areas .

Traveling allows you to view the real world with your own eyes, but staying in one location too long turns a place into the entire globe, thus I've always encouraged most people to travel for exposure. Qatar is small but mighty. Another crazy Vid from our Stevem 👍
