    ചേച്ചി, ഞാൻ ചേച്ചി ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ weightloss related വീഡിയോകളും കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ചേച്ചി പറയുന്ന diet ഇൽ എന്റെതായ ചില മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വരുത്തി ഞാൻ നോക്കി. കഴിഞ്ഞ 4ദിവസം rope skipping ചെയ്ത്. Last day 215 times. Only 15minits. ഒരാഴ്ച കൊണ്ട് dieting ആയിരുന്നു, ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞില്ലേ ന്റെതായ രീതിയിൽ alter ചെയ്തു. ഇന്ന് നോക്കിയപ്പോ ഒരാഴ്ച്ച കൊണ്ട് 2kg പോയി. ഒരു മാസം കൊണ്ട് പോലും ഒരു കിലോ കുറയാത്ത ഞാൻ ഒരാഴ്ച്ച കൊണ്ട് 2kg... 😮
