I’m in a red state. The Sec. of State, a Republican, encouraged us to vote mail-in/2020 election. I received multiple mailings. He emphasized mail-in was easy and safe.

1. Every citizen of age is eligible to vote. No exceptions. No registration.
2. Citizens can only vote at their primary place of residence. Or remotely via postal offices.
3. Photo ID checked when voting. Including at postal office voting. Bring a friend who has photo ID and is willing to vouche for your identity, if you do not have a photo ID.
