@@phoneman-xs3ft I'm not sure what type of dorm you have(mine was a shared apartment with an actual kitchen), I'm gonna run with a mini fridge concept, instead of a full fridge. And it let's you pick your cheeses/flavors. A d I would recommend stocking a good selection of beans, they're a great source of iron. As far as making a non existent kitchen, you can use a crackpot, with liners, that will work for your Mac and cheese, and any soup, stew, curry(a lot of Indian, and I believe West African cuisine is heavy on the plant based foods, or easily adapted), and when you're done you just pull out the liner. It's not plant based, but I would have a piece of bacon cut in half fried in a baby wok(works as a pan, or pot, great if you don't have space for lots of dishes), with an egg, and put on a piece of toast. I don’t have kids, but this is how I always envisioned my kids would be. Loving fruit and vegetables proudly. Luv your cute family!
One of the only such videos I've seen that looks like a balanced day of nutritious meals. You're feeding your kids well AND thinking of the planet! ♥️
They are the cutest!! I can't believe I've been following since before they were born!❤
How cute they’re good little eaters I love to see children eat
Wow inspiring 👏 you're a great mom, your kids must be so healthy!!
Thanks a bunch!
You go mom😊 love all the meals
Thank you!
These pitaya bowls look absolutely delicious! 😍 The presentation and creativity with the toppings are on point. I love how vibrant and nutritious they are - a perfect blend of flavors and textures.
Thanks for following along!
This is beautiful to see!
Amazing! The kids looks very happy eating all those yummmy foods! Congratulations!
So happy!
When your mom is always aestheticly Pleaseing.❤
They are gonna grow up strong, happy and healthy, I aspire to be like this!!!!
That’s actually very good👍🏻 they got everything they need in good amounts. Good job
Oh thank god she’s a good vegan mom
Do you know how many obese children there are right now? I assure you majority of them are not vegan 😂 Non vegan parents are more detrimental at times
As opposed to the millions of shitty mums who raise their kids on mcdonalds and soda? I'd say a Vegan parent has a higher chance of giving their child a healthy diet than a non-Vegan parent.
Wow it’s really great that you are teaching them to have a healthy lifestyle early on. This is really impressive. Good job 👏😊
How blessed are your children to be raised soooooo healthy by awesome parents who care so much about their growth & wellbeing❤️
Thanks a million for the vote of confidence!
These little kids ate better then me in my entire lifetime-
@@EatMoveRestyour kids brains will shrink and they will be malnourished unless they eat animal fats and meat. Stop promoting this kind of child abuse.
Aahhhhh, can I live with you?!? Everything just looks so delumptious!! One thing I adore about plant based diets is how colorful and vibrant the food looks. Super aesthetic. I'm sure your kids are going to appreciate these meals when they grow up and look back on these videos.

It's so refreshing too see kids grow up plant based and healthy 💚💚💚
Nice to see a family following a diet which is healthy and also good for the environment and planet!
Thanks for following along!
Honest question - what do you do for protein for the kiddos? Like, do you treat it as an afterthought or try and get it in every meal?
Thanks!
Tofu, Chickpeas, Cashewbutter, Oats?
Yep, all of those things. In general, lots of beans, legumes, whole grains, nuts and seeds and dark leafy greens!
there's protein in a lot of the plant-based foods she mentioned!
I love this so much, this gives me motivation to do better for my kids! 🥺❤️❤️
I'm so glad!
I could live with your diet. Healthy kids
It all looks so delicious and the kids look so happy! ❤
Can I ask how often you go grocery shopping? I’ve been trying to adapt a lifestyle more like this but because we are a bit farther from a supermarket, its hard to time everything so we can eat fresh produce consistently before it starts to go bad! Just wondering what your general grocery schedule looks like 😊
The best part to me was how varied it all was and how you didnt make it just for them. They ate what you ate. It was all so well-rounded and healthy. way to go!!
Those kids r so lucky. Everyone deserves a mum as amazing as u.
Wow how healthy these kids are going to be for life❤
We hope so!
Yummm this all looks so good!
Adorable 😭 What a great family
Thank you!!
I was scared to open the fomments but im so relieved theyre all positive! I love seeing people raise kids on heathly plant based foods. I wish i was brought up this way!
💚💚💚
Most of the time good products for a healthy lifestyle can be expensive for everyday use it can be very very expensive but don't blame your parents because it can be expensive but as long as they give you veggies and stuff that's good
@@EatMoveRestkale is filled with anti nutrients that destroys a childs gut microbiome and thyroid glad. Stop abusing your kids
@@Im_weirdo666 they did not give me a lot of veggies it was not priority at all unfortunately.
@@lizpimentel2566 I'm sorry you had to deal with that
What a beautiful life you have!
