There's such a double standard for customer service workers. They're expected to sit through abuse from their customers but if they treat a customer with 1% of the attitude the customer is treating them with they're severely punished and possibly even fired.

Someone brought in a wrench that wasn't craftsman for replacement. After I explained why I couldn't exchange them, he walked about 10 feet, turned around and threw the wrench at me. I nearly missed it as he screamed for me to "just keep it then." Totally worth the minimum wage salary

it’s weird to see how different almost each subway is from another, where i work our bain goes meats first closer to the main door than veggies by the drive and we prep some things differently! very cool
Funny enough, when you pay with cash in Japan you aren't supposed to hand it directly to the cashier. There's a little tray you put it in that keeps the change from escaping, then they take it out of the tray. They also put any change you get back into said tray for you to take. It's not a 100% of the time thing, but it's the norm.
I'm a big ol fatty who has eaten thousands of bags of chips over the years and I have NEVER seen a bag that didn't have "cracked" ones.
