Using words and symbols can be likened to a deep sea diver who is swimming with a rain coat. He means I can describe something in my dream with words, symbols, drawings, etc but you will never feel the feelings and connection he did. Aka the deep sea diver dose not feel the water due to the rain coat because it prevents that first hand interaction. He is describing a dream in this song and just told us basically you wouldn't get it unless you experience it yourself. His lyrics are god tier
