    Agree 100% with this video. It's sad how much freedom we have lost in the west. You have to visit Thailand to be reminded of how much our government hems us in.

      Absolutely agree, it’s really an eye opener going to Thailand for the first time and seeing the difference.

    Eloquent, factual, well presented and keeping it real.... my first thoughts. Subbed for the informative approach. Happy that you have found your path and place in the universe = )

    Thanks for your content, I became a subscriber. I was in this stadium a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed some fights. Unfortunately I didn't know your channel/bar back, otherwise I would have come by. It would be perfect if you could stay in the bars and watch the fights from there. Of course I understand the reason with the ticketing and that you want to be open for regular customer...

      20,000 baht/month rent? In a Canadian city, it would be $20,000 /month.

    Live in Chile Patagonia if you buy a farm you pay no tax, no tax for a car, no insurance needed unless you want to but its $10, medical is $35 dollars a month full coverage. You can legal own 3 guns a pistol/shotgun or rifle for home defense. I live in UK thinking of going there for good selling everything , you have to learn Spanish which I don't mind. Chile is 80% bigger than most countries and only 2 million people live there. And it's not near any Countries that have Nuclear Weapons another bonus.

    All I can say is, update your thoughts and location in twenty years from now as time has a way of changing places as well as minds.

    Much better off having investments in the west that bring in good money before you go to Thailand. Because with exchange you live very good in Thailand on less then in the west. The positive attitude that Thai's have make Thailand a great place to be. Easy to have a GF that treats you good and also easy to replace her if she acts up. It takes time to relax in Thailand and put the entitled crap attitude of western women out of your mind. I go for a month at a time and the first 2 weeks are just to get use to the friendly people and become more friendly myself.

    High season is here. Hope the Bar is busy. In low season seems many of the bars need to be part of the local pool leagues to bring in business. Are you thinking about that ?

    • @NolanJax
      @NolanJax  Рік тому +2

      Yes that’s definitely something that we have been thinking about. Need to get a better table than we currently have for that. I think with having ac and a good table could really help.

    Pardon me...but this is a 1:1 repetition of your most of your videos. Don't get me wrong like the concept of your channel - but prefer new content to simply "rebroadcasts". Cheers 🙏

    Great video but a bit onesided perspective though... I would say for the majority of the people who go to thailand and open a bar there together with a girl, it doesn't end well. There are so many possible things that can go wrong...

    I lived in Thailand for a little over 3 years.
    The words coming from other Farangs mouths was that if you want to lose all your money, open a bar.
    It’s a great way to spend millions and making thousands.
    It will always sway with the Thai whose name is on the paperwork. You as a Farang are not Thai.

    Sorry mate, but you will loose everything if you drop your money into a bar. Thai people are amazing until they aren't.
