The fact you went into business with a Thai woman and didn't lose EVERYTHING is a blessing. Especially if you were not even in the Country. You invested how much? And sold it in a short period of time. You lost money my dude.
Hey, I have gone through the entire renovation process in my early videos, so please check those out. But for the quick version, we spent approximately(USD): - $10k for the initial purchase - $12k for renovations This property was I believe around 200 square feet or so. As for seating it was around 60 seats I believe but room for more but we had a large pool table in it.
Thanks for the info! Can you also go through with leagalities of it? ie Thai partnership and etc... I hear you can open a company but Im not sure if you still need a Thai partner or not!
Hi, Nolan. Sorry to see you not being part of the bar in CM no more. I actually see it being up forsale at te moment and closed. I wish you well and will follow you online.
Glad it didn't turn out to be all doom and gloom. Maybe things didn't turn out the way you were hoping but it could've turned out way worse and didn't, congrats on that! Looking forward to your next venture! due to what you learned on this one the learning curve should be smaller and hopefully the profits bigger😎

@@NolanJax thank you….. I saw it later. I have a gf in the Philippines 🇵🇭 and was thinking of running a bar 😂
By the way…. I currently live in Maryland and I would like to retire in Asia so if you have any business ideas I can go in with you as a partner
I am definitely interested in opening another business in the future. I will let you know if something comes up.

That’s something better suited for the community. I’ll be making a video about that on there.

It would be interesting to know the different visions you and your partner had for the bar. Best of luck.
You great man, 👍
Last Bar is closed. Has been shut for the last 3 weeks.
I’m not sure what her plan. I sold her my portion a couple of months ago.
