Eh, to an extent. Decompilation will never fully replace emulation because it takes so damn long to decompile games. BDSP is an extremely unique outlier because the developers so were so unbelievably incompetent that they left developer documentation on the retail copy.
@@TheAbsol7448 more the merrier. Even a few emulated popular ones will be enough. My old PC could run totk & botw at full 120+ fps but im stuck at 30 to 40 fps. Good thing I have lossless scaling
I remember as a teenager and even in my 20s time seemed so slow to wait for progress on anything gaming related. Now in my 30s it seems to go so fast. I'm gonna blink and shadps4 will be as successful as rpcs3. If it's another 5 years that's OK, when the day comes, I'll be there
hehe, that's right, my man...emulation is the way to play and preserve, i realized as a teenager brainwashing and thievery, started using emulators back in 90s, but last console i bought was ps2 and after that i said fuck you to sony, shitendo and microsoft...now as i'm finishing my rpcs3 collection it was worth to wait, because i'm still discovering free "new" games every day even on gameboy, not to mention arcade games from 80s and having a blast today, in 10 years ps4 is gonna be awesome
@Bijuklich I still got a ps5. gotta experience the new exclusives once they drop. Yea itll be better on pc in some years but it makes me feel connected to stay a bit current, like when everyone watched the same TV when we had cable instead of internet.
For me rpcs3 is a success but yikes it is rough even on a decent PC. So many issues still riddled throughout the PS3 library. Most games aren't even genuinely stable playable
@syygnis yea I guess I shouldve said pcsx2. I'm surprised tho at how many ps3 games I'm able to play. Like puppeteer and god of war. Never thought that possible. And in tandem with lossless scaling, I'm truly living the best life rn 😁

For me Ryujinx is the best right now, it doesn't have most of the glitches and visuel bugs there are on Sudachi or Yuzu EA 4176, but you can also try the other ones.
It is a wave of low-quality projects, unfortunately, and the remaining ones, like SUdachi, which had promising development, are taken down by Nintendo.
Probably fear of Nintendo taking down these projects. There are rumors that the Switch 2 won't be that different from the Switch (just like how the Game Cube and the Wii had similar hardware specs) and they fear that people will emulate their games instead of buying them
