    cashews are great for making a vegan cheese sauce - they blend up nicely with nutritional yeast (and a few other ingredients) to make a nice substitute for fatty and salty cheese sauces. - and woohoo - congrats on 150K subscribers - i really can't understand how it's not a million ...

    I worry about taking any mineral supplement because I have read that you have to be careful about taking too much of one and becoming deficient in another. As it was explained to me, they need to be balanced.

      What I did was use Cronometer and logged my meals and I saw what I was deficient in so that I knew what supplements I needed to add. You need the premium version which keeps micro nutrients

    I believe bananas are an excellent source of magnesium - 1 medium (118g) banana about 30mg.

      Good question. So many choices some of which might be a waste of money, cause excessive diarrhoea etc.

    Doctor I can’t stay asleep for longer had checked vit d and b12 and other mental health issues I can’t stay asleep for long and my sleep drive is bad I use to sleep for 8-10hrs now 2-4 although It does not affect my function I can’t see a doctor rn so what to do ? Can it be due to mg lvls

      Taking magnesium supplements defintiely can help with sleep! It's best to talk to your doctor before starting any new meds though.
