I lost 60 lbs this year in about 5 months on a keto diet. From 280 to 220. 3 meals a day, 3 eggs with cheddar and 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast, lunch was last nights left overs of meat and veggies but not a large meal. And for dinner some sort of protein like a half chicken or a steak or salmon with a big all spinach salad with one serving of olive oil dressing, sliced almonds, mozzarella pearls, Parmesan, tomatoes and that’s it. Hard boiled eggs are the only snack. Point is no carbs and no sugar ever.
