I am so happy for you. You’re a breath of fresh air. Enjoy your life. Live it to the fullest. I don’t think you can see how far you have come. You look amazing. 💜
Congratulations! 🎉 love seeing you back for the update! ❤. What I have heard about mental health on the jab is that many obese people use food as a coping mechanism. So when the desire to eat is diminished, and food just isn't appealing they have no replacement and feel lost and mourn the loss of that old "friend". This is a good reason to make sure you have access to a good mental health specialist in case you find yourself sort of unable to cope with emotional upsets and hard times. Hey congrats on the hospital job! So happy for you! 🌺🎊🥂
@@lmktacwa thank you! ☺️🤩 And yeah that is true, I’ve heard a lot about if you don’t do the psychological work then there is a risk of swapping one unhealthy coping mechanism for another!
Great update, wow you look great ! I’ve come off mounjaro as it’s not working for me ,the food noise is still there but appetite is down so I just eat rubbish and snacks all the time . I know if I titrate up that would probably help but can’t afford the jab at nearly £200 per month for the 10ml one . I’m happy that I’m 11st 11 for the first time in years (5’3”) but another stone would be nice. Also I’m 57 so body is generally slowing down . 😊
Well done on your progress!! 🎉 You should deffo be proud of yourself regardless, and I hate how much it costs. I’m currently with Pharmulous which is slightly cheaper but still think it’s £160/£170 a month for 10mg. Hopefully in the future it will cost less but I don’t think it will be any time soon unfortunately 🙁
Great to see you back Aimee and looking so good! Well done on your journey so far. I agree with the sentiments you expressed here, I pretty much said the same thing in my podcast, A Weight Off (Spotify/Apple 😉) It can be a an expensive journey for sure and for me personally it is has been worth every penny spent as my health has improved massively. I am on the 10mg jab at the moment and just had my 16 week weigh in, I have lost a little over 78lbs so far and I am super happy with that. I am being super strict with myself though. Thanks once again for your openness & honesty and for sharing your journey with us, I have found it a real encouragement.
@@Keith.W Thank you! Also ‘A Weight Off’ is a really good title 👍🏻🥂 78lbs in 16 weeks is amazing! I was really strict with myself at first but then now I’m kinda like meh I think once I hit my first stall/weight gain period I realised it’s possible to get back on track if you slip so not as terrified now. It’s important to live your life as well though make sure you’re not being too strict on yourself! 🥳
Awwwwww Aimee, the comparison is bloody amazing. You have done amazing girl. That bum lol…wheet wheel 🥰 It’s been a pleasure watching your updates. Hope you’re enjoying being back home. Will look forward to your next update. Aww so happy for you 🥹
Well done you, amazing progress and you look fantastic. I love your freestyle approach to vlogging, I’m a bit like you (but waaaay older) backtracking jumping from one thing to another 😂 GREAT!! I hope you are proud of yourself and can give yourself some major credit. I also hope the move back works for you and you find a happy place.
Wowowowow! You look amazing. Your energy is vibrant also. Missed your videos. Glad you’re back. Hope life is treating you well back in England. Hope work went well!👩⚕️💚xx
Aimee you look so good! I like baggy clothes too but not all the time. Show off your end goal that you achieved…..it’s a happy reminder of how you transitioned to a healthy beautiful young woman! BE PROUD!!
@@JulesCraftRoom Well done that’s amazing! I remember in my first month I was in awe at the lack of food noise and just how weird it was my life didn’t constantly revolve around food anymore 🥳🧘♀️ x
please can you tell me how to get this medication in the uk, i have serious energy problems making me very poorly and this medication would help to loose weight
Mounjaro on the nhs is for type 2 diabetes only at the moment, I know because I’m on it and I’m not allowed a stronger dose because it’s controlling my blood sugar even though I’m not losing any weight, ozempic is available for weight loss on the nhs but has a very long waiting list , you’re doing great, keep up the hard work 😊
@@angelarose6602 I’m on 5 mg, it’s controlling my blood sugar with two other medications, I also take medication for other things that cause weight gain and cause blood sugar spikes, so I’m lucky to control my blood sugars and not gain weight, sorry for the long answer 😀
Brilliant! You look great🎉🎉🎉 I'm wondering if you are experiencing any hair loss, this time? I've lost almost 70lbs. in seven months And my hair was falling out. I went to the doctor, She told me it's from Rapid weight loss. I believe it's getting better now. I don't have any other underlying problems. So I just have to wait it out. However, it is driving me insane LOL....✌💙
@@purplelorain6180you are wrong also. Pens are good to be used if kept in the fridge until expiration date. Its written in the instructions and as a diabetic nurse I have had clinical teaching also.
@@beverlybaldwin665 I am not wrong, we are talking about how long you can use the pen for once it has been opened. As per the instructions from Eli Lily enclosed in the box for the KwikPen :- Dispose of the pen 30 days after first use. It's sod all to do with the expiration date. So please tell me Miss I'm a diabetic nurse, exactly where I'm wrong. 😁
What's the point of this comment? There's always a chance of regaining. But she also changed her lifestyle. Going to the gym. That helps with keeping it off.
