    My Yoke Bare definitely contributes to my Deadlift strength as well. It's a great Bar.

    Without the SS Yoke bar, I wouldn't be able to squat effectively. Bad shoulder mobility and rotator cuff repairs severely limited me but I have been using the SS Yoke bar for about 2 years and wish I bought it sooner. I'm a few weeks from being 67 and mostly do Hatfield squats. The balance of the SS Yoke allows me to squat without the need for holding the bar... one of the best specialty bars made!

    When not limiting myself on carbs my per session workload is incredible.
    Back on topic: Ok, my gym needs a yoke bar. :)
