Have you guys tried Landers? It's also a membership grocery. There's one in Uptown area. If you are unsure to get a membership, maybe each of you can take turns going through the whole lot (make sure you go check the 2nd floor, not the first) to see if you'll like it. You can ask permission in the membership side or maybe even the supermarket security (inside grocery)

Philippines is a tropical country. no snow and has a hot and humid weather half of the year so having a heater in the house is not common and not even a necessity. Great for Alina decorating the room and for those plants like the palm and the one beside it is that the palm grows so tall when it get old and the Monstera is that their leaves do grow so wide and large that the pot I guess can't hold them anymore if they grew higher. Better seek info about them in the web. And the water dispencer that you placed beside the TV is you may buy a pedestal for it and place it somewhere in the kitchen area. You don't need to use those ugly blue water containger things. Most of them aren't that clean anyway. Officially, water in BGC is potable, but your risk is the quality and maintenance of pipes in your building. IMO, the best solution is to get a water purifier that you can attach to your kitchen faucet. There are many choices at Ace Hardware etc..
I have cctv cameras i have a smart home i have 18 devices hooked up to my wi-fi i have three air conditioning units 1 television for electric fans my house is 120 square meters my like a bill this month was 4,200 i only run a hair at night
I'm sure it's cheaper to live at BGC in the Philippines 🇵🇭 than in Hong Kong 😊 you name it, like rental, food, transportation, groceries, etc., except the electric bill.

Maximum is 3years without leaving the country, but they must file extension every now and then till 3 years and pay for corresponding fee.

Yea, heaters are not usually available in bathrooms in the PH since it's already hot, we need cool water to cool us down hehe..
