Makati #3 with the bar setup is a winner for me. The tinted windows is sus... wonder if the sun hits that area a lot. But can always put blinds. The bar.. the 2 bedrooms and panoramic view is great.
My fave is the last. But you can get cheaper near SM North in Quezon City where Filipino Boo a Korean vlogger and Trifate boys (American cousins vloggers) stay.
Hi. Ortigas Center has 6 malls: SM Megamall, Shangrila Mall, Podium mall (ultra modern), Ayala Mall, Capitol Commons, St. Francis Square (bargain hunters).
BGC apartment 3 is the best choice for you! Very convenient and the area is in the modern city everything you need is just near and very practical for the price!
TRY Trees Residences near SM North 5 mins away from SM north with a dedicated brudge like exclusive for resudents large pool and modern gym, 17k+ only, not so big but vloggers live there
I always prefer room with a view and if it’s within your budget ? I will go for the third apartment . Panoramic view and white makes it more spacious and clean.
Hello Justin and Alina! I don't know if you already chose a condo unit but here's a tip. Ask the landlady or landlord about the ajrconditioning unit and the refrigerator. They should be inverter units. If your AC and fridge are inverters, they sip less power thus having lower electric bills. There are still condo units with very old AC units and they might use more power. With regards of where you stay, I suggest Makati. It is not as expensive as BGC and everything is walkable. Ortigas is a bit underrated but they have better prices with regards to rent. Just like Makati, everything you need is also walkable.
Taguig also is good, on d other side of BGC. There are condos there very near BGC and besides C5 with less price rental. But yeah Makati is also good. Eastwood isn't as accessible as BGC and Makati or Light Residences
Thanks Mark! We actually watched Mergim apartment vlog before this so we always asked if the electronics are inverters or not to avoid that hideous electricity bill he had 😅
The business district city apartments usually cost much but actually you can get a condo unit or even rent a whole house outside the metro (nearby cities like Bicutan, Sucat and Alabang or even Tagaytay) which will cost only around 15K to 20K.
I am a fan of your vlogs and I think Uugong Park in Morong, Rizal under new management would make a great video feature on your channel as it's not popular yet and only 1.5 hrs away from Manila.
What site do you use to search? I'm planning to move in 2024... so far you have a great selection to choose from.... thank you so much for sharing and wish you the best of luck finding the most suitable space for your needs... 🙏🙏🙏👍❤️
I like Makati Apt #3, with 2 bedrooms, that is a great price plus the view. Looks like Ortigas and Pasig had better views than Makati or BGC. Can I ask where you find these apartments? We are visiting by July and plan to stay around 6 months and would like to find a short term rental. Thank you.
Hi! guys. I am loving your smooth move to PH and all the vlogs and eating videos you guys are doing. I am envious!! 😂 I am planning to Move to BGC soon. Do you have any suggestions on how to find Condos for Rent? Do you guys have to hire a realtor, Walk in to every condos or just research online? thank you in advance and keep up the good work guys.
@@project_where Thank you Justin & Alina. This is very helpful. But what about rent payments? Do you have to open a PH bank account so you can pay by checks every month? BTW, I am SO glad you guys went to settle in BGC. I feel like I am adapting to the area already as I watched your videos. Thank you guys!! 🫶😊
Real talk. Seems you’re having difficulty finding a unit in BGC or Makati due to monetary constraints. Why not go to QC, Mandaluyong or Manila where apartments are a bit cheaper but still decent? There are vloggers who rented condos near North Edsa. It feels tiresome seeing you looking for one but not finding something suitable for your budget.
The best was the third in Makati. The place is big and bright, with 2 bedrooms and a nice panoramic view.
I Like the 3rd one, the view is amazing it's like panoramic plus the Pool etc..
Makati #3 with the bar setup is a winner for me. The tinted windows is sus... wonder if the sun hits that area a lot. But can always put blinds. The bar.. the 2 bedrooms and panoramic view is great.
Condo rentals in mkt. is insane. The 3rd condo was nice place is good aslo. If you guys wanted a much modern place mkt or bgc is the best
My fave is the last.
But you can get cheaper near SM North in Quezon City where Filipino Boo a Korean vlogger and Trifate boys (American cousins vloggers) stay.
yeahbin trees!
I like Makati apartment 3 .. good view and spacious
Hi. Ortigas Center has 6 malls:

Makati. I live here in Makati and it's nice and a mix of Pinoy and other asians. check out columns in legaspi village
You can check in BGC uptown apartments it ranges about 25k it depends if fully furnished or semi furnished
BGC apartment 3 is the best choice for you! Very convenient and the area is in the modern city everything you need is just near and very practical for the price!
Go for any Ortigas apartments because of SM MegaMall ! everything that you need are in there
TRY Trees Residences near SM North 5 mins away from SM north with a dedicated brudge like exclusive for resudents large pool and modern gym, 17k+ only, not so big but vloggers live there
you may want to meet another vlogger, BGC Dreams. They're staying also in BGC.
My favorite is Makati apartment # 3.
Try The Rise in Makati. Amenities are great and the units are relatively cheaper than the ones you checked.
#3 in Makati but I think those mattresses looked very firm. Also maybe Brixton
I always prefer room with a view and if it’s within your budget ? I will go for the third apartment . Panoramic view and white makes it more spacious and clean.
I think your second selection of apartment is much better because of the plants around the building
beautiful couple, godbless to both of you stay heslthy
My vote
1 the one wirh panoramic vuew
2 the 2nd apt in ortugas with roof deck
It seems a nice apartment. (the first one) I'd pay for $450/ though, all in. Thanks for showing us.
I choose the first Shangrila Apartment for you guys.I think it is so nice and neat.

they already mentioned about it on the previous vlog

I suggest look somewhere in Commonwealth and Fairview QC. The condo/apartment is cheap although not a high rise building.
Try to look at shell residence mall of asia plenty there and bgc
My choice is the one with wall print .. apartment for rent in Manila is obviously pricey.. check some areas close to malls that’s not expensive..
The business district city apartments usually cost much but actually you can get a condo unit or even rent a whole house outside the metro (nearby cities like Bicutan, Sucat and Alabang or even Tagaytay) which will cost only around 15K to 20K.
Twin oaks place , or Zitan, are worth considering as well due to location.

Thank you, will check it out :)
Nice video but your sudden camera movement inside the apartments are dizzying
Hi! watching here from korea 🇰🇷 Philippines 🇰🇷 🇵🇭 ❤️
wow awesome!

We used facebook market place and carousell
nice couple...good luck...
try araneta center area in cubao
For me makati 3rd apartment and shangri-la apartment 3
Apt 7 not bad to me BGC is not crowded and modern specially the walkway.
can you also please include the size of the floor area either in square meters or square feet?
Try in Eastwood like BGC only 10 mins to this place everything is walkable…I prefer this place than Ortigas…
My favorite is the Shangri-la.
May I know those bgc apartment buildings you guys went to?
I'll go with the one with a roof deck
I like Makati Apt #3, with 2 bedrooms, that is a great price plus the view. Looks like Ortigas and Pasig had better views than Makati or BGC. Can I ask where you find these apartments? We are visiting by July and plan to stay around 6 months and would like to find a short term rental. Thank you.
they wrote FB marketplace and Carousel above
They all look nice
Yes, so hard to choose!
Ortigas apartment 4 is the nicest
Shangrila is nice
i Subscribed your channel
#justsaying
hard to decide
Try Eastwood City :)
For your “safety” only BGC
Another is not the first tip.

We used Facebook market place & Carousel app to find apartments! No specific agent etc

BGC Apt 3 seems the best for its price
The apartment which has a paranomic view
where you find the listing of this apartment? airbnb?
Apt 6 is good
Brixton is the bes
Hi. I’m also looking for apartments in Makati & BGC. How are you finding these rentals? Do you have a realtor you can refer? Thanks!
We actually found all these apartments ourselves via Market Place & Carousels :)
Who is your agent, name of the company?
Are you using a go pro? And what type of go pro? 😊
go pro hero 10
❤️❤️❤️
I will only choose Ortigas if significantly cheaper rent. Otherwise, stick to BGC or Makati.

not at all for me lol it helps me plan for when i move there ; ) i wish you'd put the names of the BGC 1-2-3- lofts though
apt #3
I like to watch your vlog but the camera moves a lot and fast, it’s giving me a headache. Sorry can’t watch you. 🥺
Top 13 rich in the world is Philippines
BGC as a whole is better though.
I cant even tell what accents these 2 have
I was told I have a hybrid accent of HK, Aussie & British while Alina has a Russian + influence from my accents 😂
@@project_where lol thanks for clarifying
❤❤❤
