Wow! Sir, Ma'am never thought that you stay this long in our Humble country! Wish you well on your journey in Manila, God bless you Sir, Ma'am! Take care
@@fulltimealina Try to Collab with VikaGene UA-cam Channel she can Speak Russian and Lithuanian. There also living in Apartment. They are Lithuanian Filipino Couple.👍
Love your style of quickly viewing the apartment and discussion after. PLEASE always include if there's a gym/pool/game room/condo fees included. With at least a quick view or snapshot of any amenities.
If you want cheaper and bigger apartments go ortigas, like Sonata Private Residences and Twin Oaks, they're around the same price as apartments you've seen but you get more space, you'll be walking distance to the biggest malls and you are also in the literal center of Metro Manila. Good luck!
I used to live in Salcedo Village in Makati and I loved the weekend market, thats now becoming more and more famous in the last decade. It's a quiet neighbourhood and has a nice park. Hope you guys find the apartment you're looking for! Best of luck
What’s exhausting about stepping in a taxi and walk around an apartment?I did 5 different girls in one day, that was a more impressive challenge to achieve if you ask me
Ever since I've seen your first visit video in BGC and that video when you tried Balut. I thought I should meet you guys and now you've already decided to live here for 1 year right after coming from Cebu?? Wow! I hope I can meet you guys over dinner and maybe I can help you or share some stuff that might help you guys out. More power to your videos and always stay alert, regardless of where you're going!
Try the area of Mandaluyong there's so many condos to choose from and the prices are lower than in BGC and Makati. Just few minutes from BGC and Makati. A lot of malls like Megamall, ShangriLa mall, Podium, Robinsons galleria, Capitol commons.
I like apt #1 or #2 for the apartment but my vote goes to apt #5 for the location. I think the Uptown area is more vibrant and dynamic with lot more things happening than South BGC.
Condo #1 the view is awesome and size is just about ok ...the room A/C looks inverter type already and cheap P25k last Condo looks very nice and Mc Kinley is a cool place too
I will subscribe after i watch this video if you alreadyChoose the Condo and if you guys will really live in manila, anyway i always play every video that you upload starting from your video 2 months ago And i mostly dont skip the ads.
IF, and only IF utilities are already included (even if it’s just electricity - believe me, if you know the rates here you’d see it’s a bargain), I would go for the last apartment. Otherwise, I would go for the 1st (₱25k) and the 4th (₱30k). But I would also check what amenities the building has that would be useful to you, nearby stores that would be convenient for you for your services and needs. See how big the condo building is and check with the building association how electricity of the building (for common areas) are paid. Is it already included in the monthly homeowners fee and if not, how are the rates shared with the unit owners and what the average rate is that tenants there in same bedroom pay each month.
You should get a local broker to assist you. There's snother foreign vlogger who made friends with a local broker to assist him get a unit in BGC. Now he's settled in, acts like a local already with many people recognizing him and is just piling up the views and subscribers in his channel.
If you can afford it, pick the 2nd. The first you can save P10,000. And you can use that for something else. Just look around first for sure there’s more out there. ♥️♥️♥️
I would consider adding to my criteria the location with the best neighborhood, like what establishments are within walking distance. I often have to buy something late in the evening or early morning, so a convenience store that is within 3 to 5 minutes is a nice-to-have. Like when I'm binge watching a TV series and I suddenly ran out of beer and chips and its already midnight. Of course you can always use Grab Food or Grab Mart for that, but sometimes you just can't wait, you know? 😀A grocery that I could walk to because it can be impossible to get a taxi or Grab at certain times of the day. Also nearby breakfast places, lunch places, malls, etc.
I like #7! I rented an Airbnb there and loved the Mall. Thanks for sharing coz I’m will be there in August and looks like the rentals are reasonable and I don’t have to go to Quezon City.
Glad to hear that you guys will be staying in PH for a year. Since you are within manila, go to binondo, montalban, bulacan, pampanga, Quezon city Circle, Antipolo etc: So many great places within metro manila to explore. For example you wanted to go to the mountains its just a few rides away from manila. If you wanted to see like a river with a bit of a hike go to WAWA DAM within montalban. Hope to see more of your videos. If you want some recommendations you can hit me with a message, I will be more than happy to give you some recommendations.🙌
Make sure you choice a Megaworld Condos in Uptown Bonefacio or more affordable one in Manhattan Parkview in Araneta Center in Cubao QUizon City. #IAmMegaworldAbePagtama
Look for transient condo units which cost less per month. My studio condo unit for example is for sale for 1.9M in a gated condo community 10 to 15 minutes away from the airport. This 21sqm studio unit is usually being rented for 10K a month.Malls, hospital, supermarket and schools are walking distance from the condo community. Utility bills in the Philippines will cost you around 5K for the electricity if you have air conditioner, refrigerator and washing machine.Water bill usually cost 1K and internet fiber connection 2K to 3K.
If you are still staying at OYO BGC or the Pitogo/South Cembo area, there is a shortcut to Uptown BGC. Walk towards J. P. Rizal Rd and you will find a giant a wall separating BGC and Makati. At side of the wall, you will find the entrance to BGC. Not that many people know this since it doesn't show on Google Maps. Just ask around if you can't find it.
I Like you Walking in the streets... At first,if you're a foreigner you will not like the crowded streets, chaotic certain areas in Manila, but if you stayed a lil bit longer.. you will get used into it and will just enjoy the moment. Manila is the same with any other cities in the world, just avoid certain areas which is still not good or safe.
Try more in McKinley Hill, There’s Stamford, Morgan, Viceroy, Venice Residence and Florence. It’s more quite compared to BGC. BGC is mostly noisy at night because of sports car, motorcycle and ambulance. McKinley Hill is more cheaper than BGC. I live in McKinley for 7 years and 2 years in BGC. Good luck!
You gotta compare each apartment by square footage, amenities, and what's included in the monthly rental price; also, what's your priorities? If you want a gym & pool, then definitely get the aparment with those amenities...hope you find what you're looking for; stay safe!
good luck for finding new apartment to live and your home in few days. asked questions what's in your if complete amenities how many month cash advance and deposit contract signing God Blessed you both enjoyed in the Philippines manila Journey
if you plan on living here then its about time you search your food and culture here in ph. we also love to expose ourselves with diff cultures within our reach. prolly within the city
I lived in BGC, P30k studio unit without utilities is the average price there. P25k at South of Market is a good deal just because the place is central, near High Street and that price point at High Street area is rare. The building is one of the older condos in BGC but its well known
Make sure whichever apartment you end up with has an inverter for its air conditioner. Otherwise, Meralco (the electric company) will charge you wayyy too much.
Why not go to Filnvest in Muntinlupa, no blogger staying there. Its a nice part of Metro Manila. Which is not really featured that much. There' big parts there. Its clean and laid back and homey.
Suggest that 35k including electric and water. Electric and water will cost over 5000 usually ,and renovation is not bad. Or 25k in soma is really a good price in this location
You guys must know this. 911 9-1-1, commonly referred to as 911, is the national emergency telephone number of the Philippines managed by the Emergency 911 National Office. On August 1, 2016, 911 and 8888, a public complaint hotline, effectively replaced Patrol 117.
A house in a quiet subdivision w/ 24/7 security and screening of visitors, a Barangay, near an SM mall w/ shops, restaurants and near public transportation for P38K per month as compared to a BGC condo
i advice you guys instead of renting buy a condo and get desame amount of values you paying for later that dayit will be your own. You can rentedout when you chose to roam around asia and c
The houses are in BF Sucat 3 bedrooms, 2-car garage. A BGC high-rise disadvantage is when there’s a fire in the condo building how are you going to escape?

I prefer the second apartment mainly because of the B&T. The toilet bowl has a seat, which matters to me a lot. The view is also very nice.

Apartment 7 is the winner for me! So classy and modern yet relatively cheap!!
You both are rockstars! Wow, 7 apartments in one day sounds exhausting. But, so glad you both love the Philippines! ❤

Try Makati. It’s an older area but that’s the original CBD. The apartments are bigger there and has a community feel to it

always bring umbrella when walking its useful
Collab time! Of course if your not feeling it then it's fine. Or road trip?! 😄
APT#6 is the best. Right smack in the middle of BGC and high security and topnotch housekeeping. Very premium.
Hello there just subsvribed today happy new year guys from las pinas city metro manila.take care .👍😍🙏🇵🇭
You will need the aircon starting this March. I hope you are ready for the Philippine Summer 🙂

There’s a lot of apartment in Fairview QC area which are not expensive than in BGC.
Apartment 1 is ok already for the 2 of you sir justine and mam alina.
Uptown area i think has reasonable rent prices, try also Mckinley.
Make sure the aircon is inverter
You can find like 30-35k apartments at avida CityFlex

My suggestion to get an advice to Mergim vlogger who rents in bgc. He got very good advice that will save you a lot of money.
BGC or Eastwood are the places that I recommend. Makati is kinda old
Apartment number 4
expensive… Its like buying A townhouse in the nearby Province..
Very nice
