The worst part of the workouts isn't the up and down planks... But the music your forced to head every day

It’s a completely different angle and super misleading but I’m happy she feels better!

Yeah I noticed the pose and it's misleading. Many youtubers do different poses, such as raising arms or posing. Just T-pose in before and after. So annoying

I feel like you should take the picture in the thumbnail in the same position, you’re doing the ‘booty pose’ and that’s misleading. Especially for a weeks results.

I like this video and how you did it! I started this challenge but fell off at day 3.. I just felt like a rest because i had just finished her abs shred then her hourglass challenge and then a jump rope challenge before starting this summer shred. So, I think my body and mind was just like okay Joshie we've had it!😅😅😅
...but it's been about a week of no exercise now, this video has motivated me to get back on it but I will be starting from day 1 again because I think just picking up where I left off is kinda cheating myself.

there are some days where I legit cant do it and do the exercises very lazily and other days i have so much energy
I finished week 1 too and no result. I got frustrated but watching your video motivates me. I am also filming my progress and will be posting a week 2 results 😊

At my very smallest (waaaay back when I was 15 lol, I’m 24 now) my waist was 28 inches. So I was really curious to see if you’d be able to get even smaller than you currently are. You’re really gorgeous girl!! My goal waist for my grown woman body is 30.

I just finished this challenge! It was rough but def worth it. I made a video about my two week results on my channel and I was lowkey really impressed lol. Keep it up!
Same results! Currently on Day 10 so I’m planning on doing an entire month I think. :/ haven’t gotten the results I want, but I am okay with the current ones! I’ve noticeably changed weight and it’s become a habit to do her workout even if I feel lazy tht day haha. I guess my body is slow so I’m planning on doing another 2 weeks if I’m not as changed on day 14.
Been doing for one week and no change hmm wonder if it’ll work for me. Same angle would be better.

Hi, I'm thinking of doing this workout as I have but weight on during lockdown but does it slim down your thighs cos that's the part of my body that I've always had a problem and amazing results, be proud of yourself

I made it through the entire challenge. Lost about 2 inches off my waist and maybe a couple pounds. My results fluctuated because I wasn’t eating healthily to match. Since July 1st I have been on the whole 30 diet and plan to ease into a healthier lifestyle with whole foods starting with a paleo-like diet in August. Since Whole 30, I have lost a little over 7 pounds in 3 weeks. If you have any other questions, I’d love to help you out! Good luck on your personal fitness journey!

yep you have to do all of them except the optional ones, its a challenge after all haha

this workout is just as hard if not harder then the 2 week shred!!!
I think the reason it's a little bit easier for me is because I hadn't worked out for months before starting the 2 week shred so that one hit me a lot harder especially at the beginning, and now I'm a little more used to it!

at what time of day did you do your exercises ??
it changed each day, but i prefer to do them before lunch so around noon! that way my breakfast has digested but i'm not hungry yet :)
